Super sweet staff & great coffee. I went in with a friend & her nanny kid, the staff was so eager to say hi to him and keep him entertained while we waited. It's a little pricey but not terrible

Such a bright little spot in the city for great coffee and even better conversation. 💕 They don’t skimp on flavor in their drinks, and the cheeky little playing cards they give you as a ticket are a fun touch!

It’s expensive. Almost $7 for a 16oz chai latte…it was really good though. Spicy and not too sweet.

This is no ordinary coffee shop, I mean they obviously have incredible coffee, but the real gem here is the people who work here and the message behind their business! Our son has soecial needs, so places like this are incredibly important to us.

Asked for a tea latte with oat milk, since my girlfriend has a severe allergy to almond milk. After one sip her throat starts swelling. They refused a refund and claimed there was no way possible they gave me anything but oat milk, no way there was cross contamination. It’s not about the $4-5, it’s about health safety. “More than a cup of coffee” - yeah, an allergic reaction and a sprint to a pharmacy.

This place gets high reviews for hiring disabled people, which is awesome for them to do, but the coffee was among the worst coffee I’ve ever had. I travel A LOT and I am always interested in trying new spots within the cities I see. I don’t expect everywhere to have the worlds best coffee (which I’m lucky to say I’ve had it in St. Louis) but the coffee here was as bad as nespresso. Taste, flavor, presentation, body, aroma, temperature, was all out of whack. Just bad coffee.

Bitty and Beau’s is a great place to grab a coffee with friends or work on my laptop for the afternoon. The coffee is really good and the pastries are tasty too. This is such a convenient place in South End in Charlotte and the service is great! And I love it even more because it is giving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities a place of employment and that is so necessary for so many, and they are so capable. Can’t wait till I go back!!

Nice coffee shop. Really bright and clean.. My wife loved their Chia Latte and peanut butter cookie.

My experience was super good, the people who serve you are super happy and very cooperative. Also buy some pods of a delicious coffee and the super place, you must put from which country you visit them.
