Krispy Kreme

We love the Mobile Krispy Kreme because the kiddo loves being able to watch the donuts becoming donuts.

Got to stop when the light is on. Go through the drive through for a quick treat. If you have the kids with you go inside and see how the magic is made.

They were out of most things, including milk and powdered blueberry. However, the glazed donuts I got were hot, soft, and divine. Staff was friendly, but noticeably rushed.

Very poor customer service. Placed our order got to the window and was asked what we had after placing our order not even a minute later to the window. Gave the coupon to the cashier and the barcode was a bit messed up from sitting in the car so we spoke to manager after being told it couldn’t be used. Even though they come in the mail from this place! While waiting on the manager we over heard the employees talking about us and how we snatched the coupon back from her when she handed it back. Again heard all of the employees talking and carrying on about it. This store needs a customer service training course and some serious issues fixed. Sadly enough half the employees were on their phones as well. Will most likely never shop with this company ever again.

My nephews love seeing the donuts being made.

Donuts are of course good but if you go after midnight they will say their system is down. I waited the apparent thirty minute time limit they gave me and went back around only for them to say cash only because the credit card reader didn’t come up with the system. And no word on how long it would take to come up. Second time this has happened !

12:51 am and was first told that the system was down. and when i told them i would wait,and asked about some special doughnuts they offer the lady in drive thru told me that they didn't make anything other than original glazed at night. 1st the website gives option to order said special doughnuts. And 2nd i saw about 100 or so filled doughnuts on the rollers. And there was nothing about only original glazed in drive thru either. I am personally disappointed at the deception.

Hard to be a good fresh donut in Mobile y'all got to love it

I checked online to see if they would be HOT 🔥 NOW and it said from 6am to 11am they would. It opened at 0600 and they definitely were not hot nor did they have half the doughnuts on the website. I used to love Krispy Kreme but they were so much better growing up in Jacksonville, FL than they have ever been in Mobile, AL. Waste of time and money.

Their Christmas donuts are cute. Kids loved them
