Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii

Got drinks for the family and confirmed with the person taking the order that the cocoa for the kids would be "warm" and not hot. Confirmed several times. As she handed the drinks over I took a quick sip to make sure and scalded my tongue. The cocoa was extremely hot. Way too hot for a grown up much less a child. Before I could even lean over my husband to tell her she had already slammed the window shut and walked away.

Can't speak to the other drinks as we haven't tried them yet so I won't give a terrible review, but I would not consider giving my kids drinks from here without checking.

This is a cool little place. I had an iced herbal tea and it was delish. I also ordered the breakfast burrito which was good but tasted of kind of like one you would get from Circle K. The only drawback to this place is the Acoustics are super loud so it was difficult to hear each other speak when other people were there. All in all it was a great shot though.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops! I've only been through the drive-thru but their dark chocolate almond and coconut blended coffee drink is to die for!

Great spot, like the vibe, nice staff. I feel the portions are a bit small for the price but would recommend. Free guest WiFi too!

Service amazing but burrito bacon is close to gas station burrito with how small it is and at 4.50 I totes got scammed. Additionally pieces of bacon were so small and soggy. Took off one star because the latte I got was not good. I only get lattes and this tasted off

This is one of the best spiced chai lattes I’ve EVER had paired with some the worst “customer service” I’ve ever encountered.

I planned to order two drinks, but when I asked the barista to confirm that the almond milk was gluten free (a large amount are not) she responded with “I’m sure it is…” I asked for confirmation and never heard another word regarding it.

It’s a sad day when a food service worker doesn’t want to do their job to ensure the health and safety of their customer. A request regarding ingredient clarification should be taken much more seriously when a consumer is risking their health to support a business.

Alot of their coffee choices are delicious and sweet. But if you're into something more bitter they can do that too. Highly recommend over the local Starbucks.

My husband and I just found this place today. It was so good. Wished it was closer to where we lived. I’m a huge fan of haole’s revenge and the sunnyslope shaker tea. Would definitely recommend if anyone was passing through that area.
