Klatch Coffee Fontana- Drive Thru

Klatch is our new favorite coffee/ breakfast place on the way to work. Their iced lattes always hit the spot, especially the creme brulee and the vanilla for me, and my husband loves the Mexican chocolate mocha and the creme brulee *°*
We've tried most of their paninis and gone through most of the breakfast menu, and everything we've tried has been super tasty! (The breakfast wrap with that garlicky salsa *°* so good!)
And finally, our favorite thing about klatch is their phenomenal guest service associates, their baristas! We've seen Jorge almost every morning since we've started coming to klatch and he's an absolute delight to talk to in the morning ^-^
10/10 on everything you guys are doing!

incredible management. took 20min to get a cold brew "made", not including line wait time. not a fancypants mixed drink, literally just one cold brew, black. it's like they don't have it on tap... shift lead desperately needs retraining. never buying a drink or beans from this klatch ever again.

Bruhhh the wait is crazy. And there was only 1 car in front of me, Starbucks would never 👎

So, I think these reviews are not made by real people or relatives. I live in the neighborhood near Klatch and we voiced some strong concerns. Although it might have gotten a little better, they still aren't the best even compared to their other locations. On top of all that, they are extremely over priced. My last a final straw after giving it a few months to improve, cam about 2 weeks ago. 19.00 for three coffees and two or the three sucked! I tried to stick with them but I just cant. Back down the hill I go to Starbucks or Tea Leaf. I hear there is a new coffee shop in Renaissance, maybe I'll give them a try. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Really impressed with them. First time going there. Extremely friendly and personable staff. Food selection very delicious. They even asked us to taste the coffees first to ensure they were made the way we wanted and good. 👌🏽 Keep it up Klatch

I echo the gentleman review above this. The seating inside can be a bit uncomfortable if you plan to stay for any length of time. The coffee is good, but sometimes a hit or miss with the barista, and they are a little slow. I think this will get better over time and I excuse it because it is a new establishment. Other than that, its great to have them in the neighborhood. I look forward to their improvements.

I wish I could've gotten the name of the barista, she was so friendly and sweet!! But I was with a group of ladies on our way to a women's retreat in San Diego, so I was in a hurry and didn't think about it till right after we left. She was so kind and chatted with me while taking my order, asking where we were going and all that. My blended creme brulee coffee (what I always get when I find it!) was done in just a few minutes, which was awesome. I don't know if I'll ever be back here to get her name and thank her for just being sweet, but nice people like her just make my day. If you remember me and happen to see this, you're awesome, and thank you! 💗

Bit expensive for a plain cup of coffee (like all coffee places). Internet available

Not my favorite place. Coffee was left with thick mix at the bottom and the breakfast wrap was expensive. Went back a day later for a cold drink and I wasn't impressed. I just might stick to our regular spot, and it's not Starbucks either.
