Got a chai tea latte there on 7/3/19 and this is what I found swimming in my cup as I was about to take my last few sips when I took the lid off.... a cap from the chai tea carton. Needless to say that I will not be going back to this store. Got pictures to prove.

A lot more customer service would go a long way! You are open to sell caffeine beverages and such. Then why did I get the employee who didn't want to be there and as the line grew the slower they got! Then when given the wrong drink got OMG look and the cup grabbed from me and employee stormed off. I was very polite from start to finish and still treated like I was interrupting her day! My name isn't Chief either!

We used to go there 3-5xs a week until today. Recently cleaned out our drawer and had 2 completely filled out punch cards, it says in the card that they will honor them. The new worker dude today refused to take them. We spend $350 a month on coffee there and they wouldn't give us the fee ones we worked for. Lame, we will go to Dutch bros from now on.

As a first time customer was impressed. Dark Roast was smooth & satisfying. Blueberry Muffin was very fresh.

This location is great! Great service, great location, great drinks! The drink was not only yummy looking but very well blended! Highly suggest the Sugar Mama.

Love coming here, the staff is super friendly even when it's crazy busy.

The customer service was over the top you have the right person for this job, very pleasant and knowledgeable about what she's selling. You just don't find this kind of service from young people in today's time. We would go back for the reasons stated above. I got the White Tea and it was a very good flavor. And it wasn't bitter even though the tea bag was left in it for a while.

This morning despite the bitter cold and icy roads, a trip to the human bean was a MUST!
I got a Breve as well as one for my wife, and it was so darn good! Definitely one of my new favorite drinks!
The staff are so pleasant, and the coffee is amazing!

Love this place! Excellent coffee, smiling faces, and quality product every time. I only gave 4 stars because they forget my whipped cream often, and it's my favorite part of a latte! They also have been quite slow since the pandemic began. I don't know if its due to having fewer employees for social distancing purposes, but it takes 30-40 minutes to get through a line of 3 to 4 cars. I am willing to wait for great coffee though.
