Klekolo World Coffee

I have been a customer at Klekolo for about 6 years. This is where the best coffee in town come from. Every morning I get a large cup of dark joe, plain, black, nothing to modify its taste or color for it's perfect already! This is a very popular spot for wesleyan students like myself when I first arrived to town. The vibe is set to accommodate younger and older generations equally. You will meet people from all walks of life--literally! You will see a variety of ages, colors, nationalities, and ethnicities. Enough to mention the meaning of the word Klekolo as described on their reward card: "An African word in Mali" Meaning ""A system of rules to live by for peace and harmony in the world"" Klekolo workers are friendly and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy their customers. From my heart, I really recommend trying Klekolo World Coffee.

My go-to coffee joint in Middletown. The brews are always delicious, the pastries are irresistible, and its staff is the best. So lucky to have it just down the street!

Super slow service, one cashier/server for ten customers? Waited for ten minutes behind three very unfriendly customers. Not the experience I expected at all. There were so many waiting patrons, we could barely exit the place. My first time there and my last.

Greatest coffee shop in Middletown, Ct. The service is wonderful and the coffee is out of this world good. Lots of variety as well. There is something for everyone and great gourmet deserts.

I've been coming here since I can remember, I was first introduced to klay's during a "Cow" taste testing day, it was simply delightful. just the atmosphere of klay's is calming with beautiful art covering the walls and ambient music playing in the background, whether you're getting along with friends or just doing homework/real work on a laptop
(they have Wi-Fi for paying customers) this is a place to get down.
