Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee

GREAT hot cocoa, but the staff seemed preoccupied!! I was shocked how unfriendly and distracted the staff was. I went to Nordstrom’s ebar when the bar wasn’t that busy, so my drink should not have taken 15 minutes, but it was delicious, so it was worth the wait 🤷🏻‍♀️

Stuffs are disrespectful. Manager didn’t want to refill my regular coffee even I did seat at patio area of Nordstrom ebar . They yelling to us most of the time! Someone needs to stop that manager in that shop and one of that cashier. Because we pay to this shop to receive some drinks or etc we are not paying money for let someone yell to us. I am business owner as well, I never let this happens in one of my locations! Very disappointed.

I’ve visited twice now and both times have been great experiences. Very professional and kind staff and the environment is great for studying or getting some work done.

It was my first time visiting and I was greeted by a very helpful barista named Keyonna. I was indecisive with what coffee I wanted to try and she was patient with listing me a few of the popular flavors and the winner was Maple Brown Sugar Latte. Thanks to Keyonna for making me a delicious drink.

Friendly staff and seriously great coffee. Same prices as Starbucks, but the coffee itself is much bigger.

I've been to multiple stores with questionable customers during the pandemic, but the amount of people who tried to come into this store without a mask was insane. The poor staff looked absolutely overwhelmed from trying to do their jobs and enforce company policy at the same time, but the barista in front handled it with utmost professionalism, even in the face of rude, angry customers who made verbal attacks on her instead of recognizing that people who work in the service industry are simply trying to do their jobs. No one is entitled to a service if they aren't willing to follow the rules of the establishment they're in, and it was great to see that Nordstrom has employees willing to put up with unacceptable behavior in an effort to keep us all safer.

I ordered a coffee and they asked me for cream and sugar and they served my coffee cold. I asked to heat the coffee up and they charged me for it. I’m a daily customer and I always come here and this is the first time they dine it.

Great atmosphere, delicious coffee (especially the French press), and awesome location in the heart of St. Johns Town Center.

Fast, friendly service with well-made espresso drinks
