Came here for breakfast on our way back from the Keys. We got two everything bagels & an order of loaded hash browns. Bagels were delicious & the perfect chewy texture. Hash browns were good, a little lacking in seasoning. This place was busy & the staff worked quickly to take & fulfill orders.

Excellent bagels, and the Korean pork belly sandwich was phenomenal. A worthwhile stop for breakfast in the Keys.

Ordered three different items and unfortunately we didn’t like it at all. Bagels tasted weird and my protein bowl was supposed to be scrambled eggs and all they did was crack them open and break them in the middle. A fried egg.

Really top notch, tasty bagels! Their bacon is thick (not the thin greasy stuff at other restaurants). We had several bagel sandwiches and were not disappointed. Prices are reasonable. We will return every day for breakfast while we are here. Stop reading this review and just go there!

Great food. Great options and their bagels are fire. Just slower than molasses in winter time. It's mind boggling how slow people can be at times. Just have to remind myself that it is the keys.

The bagels & food are fabulous! I love it. However the customer service has a lot to be desired. Was put on hold (phone was laid down) for 23 minutes. I could here everything that was said. After 23 minutes I was hung up on. Im I called back, stating my frustrations, was told to quit yelling & the owner got on phone , told me he wasn’t going to take my order over the phone & hung up on me. Terrible customer service. I went to store , spoke with owner & again no apologies, nothing. He never tried to make apologies .I have spent a bit of money there as I buy for my entire team & I am a local. If he treats locals like that, can’t image how he treats visitors. What a shame. Gonna miss eating their bagels. I understand it was a mistake but I was made to feel like what happened was my fault. Terrible!!
So in seeing your response again shows you care nothing about locals. I was not yelling at your girl. You did not hear me on the phone because when the phone was lying on the counter I kept saying Hello & no one heard me for 23 minutes and it was very loud in your store again because I heard everything that was being said. And sir, you never once asked to fill my order. What you said to me was, “if your running late then maybe you shouldn’t have ordered bagels” Wow! I wasn’t running late until I was forgotten for 23 minutes. Again, in other reviews I see you do not know anything about customer service, seen it 1st hand. Again, you have made this my fault! Again, great customer service! And I know it doesn’t hurt you to lose my business, as you stated, 200 customers a day. Great customer service comment.

I cannot comment on the bagels but the orange cranberry and the banana nut muffins were absolutely delicious!! The iced tea was fresh brewed and fantastic too. We got there about 10:00 on a Saturday and the place was packed, but the staff was incredibly fast and efficient…and Friendly!! Highly recommend! Very limited seating..we ate in the car.

Love Marathon Bagel! We were glad to have stumbled upon this spot and have been back many times. Our favorites are the pork belly sandwich and the turkey avocado. Although they always appear to be busy, they work fast and efficiently and never too long of a wait. A great plan to stop for breakfast and lunch on the go.

Stopped in on our way to Miami from Key West. My wife & I both agreed we would be there all the time if we lived in the area! Lol the staff was super nice and the bagels and danish were really good. Highly recommend :)
