Foxtail Coffee Sodo Drive Thru

Love FoxTail but now avoid this location. Super slow service, rude staff of late. Review made after several consistent visits like this. I travel locally for work and stop in Foxtail all over and this location seems to be an exception to the rule.

I love coming to this place. I used to be all about Starbucks or Dunkins coffee but when I stumbled upon this place by picking up an Uber Eats order from across the street. I was eager to try this place out. I’ve been here twice now and I gotta say the environment is so calm and mellow that I just feel at ease and don’t have such a worry in the world. I used to work for Starbucks myself, but being at this place a couple times now. Just makes me wish I was here instead. Overall, the staff are amazing and wonderful while they create delicious drinks always.

We were in town from Valdosta GA for the Journey concert and visited the 2453 S. Orange Ave
Nic (lady) greeted us in a very cordial, upbeat manner

My wife “sampled” matcha latte she said it was very tasty and order the large
I just had their light brew with half half it was really good
I also had a slice of their warmed banana bread which was good as well

I did read a few negative reviews but based on our experience pay no attention to those !

Super cute coffee shop. Great vibe, very low key and chill. Cold brew coffee tastes great, very smooth. Would definitely visit again.

Wonderful coffee and the most wonderful service EVER! I always hated the snobbery of a typical busy coffee shop. Not here! I stopped in Sunday for the first time and was greeted with the most pleasant and genuine service from the barista. She was warm and friendly, she suggested the cold brew Cubana after I asked a few questions - a new favorite for sure! Thank you foxtail for bringing great coffee and great service back to the neighborhood!

I like the atmosphere and the cafe con leche was amazing. Customer service is lacking though!! While it wasn’t too offensive it doesn’t hurt to say “hello!”, be friendly and smile! :)

Zia at the sodo location is my guy!! Super helpful, knowledgeable of the products, got me the coffee exactly how I wanted it and provided a clean comfortable environment. Highly recommended.

Today When I went to get coffee and a sandwich. The lady added the tip into payment with out me choosing it. There sizes and portions are too small for the price. When you ask to speak to a manger they act like your business is not important. If that’s how you treat customers then me and my LEO buddies won’t be back. I suggest you check your employees and buyer beware.

Visited this location several times while staying in the area recently. I love Foxtail Coffee and always make it a point to grab a latte there while in the area. Great coffee and service and I appreciate the variety of dairy-substitutes.
