Buddy Brew Coffee

Solid coffee! Buddy brew always has delicious coffee and the staff here are fantastic as well. Frankie, Aaliyah, and a girl with an S name (don't remember, sorry 😬😬) always take care of us and make sure our drinks are to perfection. Best coffee and staff in Armature!

All the staff are super hard working, efficient, and the drinks are always on point. Best shop if you’re into latte art AW location has the BEST baristas

Terrible service from a Cashier/Server on Jan 25th for no reason at all other than she has an attitude. We wasted money on a tip she doesn’t deserve to get (however small). I hope the management look into this because it was a letdown.

My partner and I ordered two Mango iced teas. When she gave them to us they weren't even filled to the top and had light ice. When we asked for more ice, she declined and said she only had a limited amount of ice?! Seriously?

Then on top of it, the teas were sickeningly sweetened - which she never even asked us about.

I was very disappointed visiting for the 1st time this business at the amateur works in Tampa.

There you will find coffee and the very rudest employee they could have hired in all tampa, wow!

Should have gotten her name but really I just wanted to get away from that establishment cause of that in employee. never going back there again or any of there establishments,
very horrible 1st time experience.

I went there 3/17/2022 around 1pm maybe 2pm
She seemed latina descent. Short black hair very bad attitude for a customer to experience specially for a 1st time customer which I mentioned and she was aware.

Wow!😲 never again.
I should have looked up reviews 1st b4 spending my money there.

All do to a $50.00 dollar bill she could not cash or a sign that was not up that business doesn't expect large bills.

Waited alongside others a "long" time while watching one guy sitting at the back on his phone, another girl chatting away at the end of the counter and finally another girl came down off the ladder(actually working) to finally help those in front of me. Walking with a cane and shrapnel in my leg, i could not stand anymore and was berrated by the talkers friends when I suggested she do what someone is wasting money paying her for. 3.50 for a tiny coffee, id like at least better quality service. Cannot recommend this place at all.

On vacation in Tampa Heights. Thought I would try Buddy Brew coffee in Armature Works. I wanted a small dark roast; they only had medium roast. I was not impressed. It was not very good. This is a coffee place? Good thing I brought my "Peets" coffee with me.

The coffee was good. I got a latte and cookie. The cookie was huge my daughter enjoy it. Iced latte was good, simple cant complain. The girls nice. It was the service. I was placing an order and one of the girls was getting the sign they had on the machine. Well she dropped the sign i dunno but it fell. I don't know how I caught it but almost fell on my newborn. Then she process to tell me the total to pay. It wasnt that the service was bad but after telling my husband that over dinner. I was like why did I pay for that. And its not that i want a freebie its just that people now I feel like tips are expected for everything but customer service isn't that great. I know accident happen and at the end of the day my baby didn't get hurt.

Chocolate milk tasted luke warm, like it was left out. I had the cold press and it tasted and looked as if I took my 1/4 unfinished morning coffee and added ice and water. Not good.

Incredible staff. Always very kind and professional. Great cold brew but more importantly smiling faces. Would trust them to babysit my child.
