Black Coffee is such a vibe. From the ascetics to the live music to the different types of coffee mixtures and patrons. I've come separate occasions and have never been disappointedl. Our go to drinks would be the Chai and the Portuguese In Love Latte. I could sit here to come to be alone drink coffee and listen to music while scrolling my phone. I could come with my laptop and work on emails or blogging. Or just a meet up or catch up place it doesn't disappoint. Will always find my way back to black coffee.

Usually don’t write reviews, but my friends and I waited an hour and a half to get our order, which was just a drink and a sandwich each. I understand that the worker that day was a little overworked, but he also messed up 2 out of our 3 orders, even after asking us multiple times over the course of the wait for clarifications. However, after waiting for so long, we just decided to take the orders and leave of course. Even still, I wouldn’t be writing this review if not for the fact that this place is so expensive. I paid over 40 bucks for literally two coffees and two croissant sandwiches basically. Yes, the ambiance was nice and while the service was very poor, the server himself was at least nice and apologetic. But for those prices, the experience was no where near worth it or justifiable.

Took a while and got our order wrong.. they did fix the order and the food/drinks were pretty good

Came here for a break from touring the city, but was really frustrated trying to find parking. They only have 2 spots in the lot and rest were assigned to other businesses. There’s a lot across the street that charges 20 dollar. I was not going to pay 20 dollars on top of a cup of coffee.
This is probably just me being dumb but we had to try 3, 4 doors before finding the right one to enter.
Ordered Portuguese in love that was recommended by the barista. It was pretty good but could not taste the coffee or any flavors outside of it being sweet.

The drinks are expensive. I could let that fly except that there's a disgustingly rude gentleman that works behind the counter. I was not the only one that noticed this. I rather support black-owned but these places are shooting their own selves in the foot by hiring rude staff... Get people in there that can keep customers coming back.

This is my favorite coffee shop in Atlanta, feels like home! The food and drinks are so good and the people who work there are always so kind. 10/10 recommended.

We got the ATL, a Blueberry muffin, black coffee, and caramel macchiato. Everything was delicious and the service was quick with very friendly staff. Also love that their boxes are compostable and they have locally owned businesses selling products there.

Amazing coffee and staff from start to finish. They have hookah and a bar. Best part about this place is the open mic and theme R&B nights for us late night insomniac. Will be back and the hours of operation are perfect for early mornings or late starters.

I was headed back to Texas and drove out my way to try this BLACK OWNED COFFEE SHOP. I waited patiently for my drink as I tagged the coffee shop on Facebook as I normally do, to support black business, only to see another girl come in and get her drink before me. Apparently she was a regular but I still don't understand why the light skinned guy made her drink before me. I would of just went to Starbucks had I of known you have to be a regular to get fast service. I hate bad customer service, after I tipped the guy! Anywho service was awful that's why I'm giving 3 stars. Coffee was great but please treat everyone the same, you never know who's passing through at noon on a Wednesday. I will not be back or refer this restaurant. Oh and parking is awful only like 3 spots.
Edited: I changed my stars to 5 due to the owners fast response and professionalism! The only issue is that there was one guy making the drinks so he literally had to stop making my drink to make hers. After I left there I spoke to a friend and he spoke very highly of the owner! I’m actually transitioning to Atlanta so maybe in the future I can become a regular. Thank you so much for your response, you have my support 100%!
