Krispy Kreme

It's Krispy Kreme so you know it's great and this location did not disappoint. Had my first-ever original glazed cream filled donut and it was great. I think I'll have a few more of those!

The service was poor and the lady working at the window was extremely rude. I love Krispy Kreme but she made where I did not even want to purchase anything else. The manager should really be more careful on the people he/she hires.

Just stopped by the Peach Orchard location at 3am, not open 24hr like they say they are. 4 or 5 workers standing outside, guess they are waiting to start there shift.

Update
Called at 2:30am to see when they would be open and was told that drive thru was open. Went by there and was told in drive thru that there system was down and they weren't taking any orders.
Yet another wasted trip to Peach Orchard Krispy Kreme

Horrible customer service through drive thru! I pulled up to order and was told to wait just a sec I SAT THERE 15 MINS before they took my order! Only two cars in front of me. Then I got to the window and took another 10 mins before anyone took my payment or even came to the window! Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!

Customer service has gone down dramatically during the pandemic. I ask for hot donuts and receive cold donuts. It’s only when customers are allowed inside that you get what you really order.

I usely go here a few times a week and get 2 dozen but it seems the last few months I've had several issues with the night ppl they are supposed to be 24 7 but there close at 11 it was 9 one time unless mobile order and when you try to place mobile order there is issues I drive 35 min to get there àt 11 at nite the donuts are amazing just needs updating time so ppl will know what's on

When the "Hot Doughnuts" sign is on you are guaranteed hot, delicious doughnuts. The service is quick and friendly! I have always gotten hot doughnuts here, but only when the sign is on. For the people that say they got ice cold doughnuts, I have two questions. Was the sign on? Did you ask for hot doughnuts? I got cold doughnuts at another location, because I didn't ask for hot doughnuts. Still the staff at the other location happily switched them for the hot ones. We get doughnuts about once a week, and we always get great service and great doughnuts.

It's 7am and you tell me no donuts for an hr and a half you've already been open an hr and no donuts this location is terrible you close early all bc of laziness and what kind of donut shop doesn't have donuts

Good product and poor service. I started in drive thru. The line was around the building so I went inside where there was no one in there but the employees. They were more focused on talking about what happened the night before that they didn't even acknowledge that I was in there until the manager came out.

no customers in store, waited about 5 minutes in drive through to even be heard. lady in window moving as fast as a Sloth. another 10 minutes later she takes our money. in all we waited 25m for doughnuts. over all I've seen the dead move faster than these people. note the doughnuts were already made and on the selves.
