Duck Donuts

I would rate this place 100 stars if I could. I absolutely love these donuts, before I had these, I didn’t even like donuts. I get a unique flavor combo donut, and the staff love it! I love them for always making it a wonderful experience!!!

Donuts are ok but extremely over priced. Once was enough for me. I won't be back at $2 a donut.

Incredible donuts with a fun atmosphere. My little one loved watching our donuts being made after we ordered them, the workers are friendly and the food is priced right. The bacon maple donut and the birthday cake milkshake were delicious! I'll definitely be coming back. 👍👍👍

I am not a donut lover but man, this donuts are freshly made in front of your eyes and taste delicious. The place is clean and has good vibes.

The staff were friendly and seemed to enjoy their job. The donuts were not great. Lots of "flavors" to choose from but they all tasted strangly alike. It was odd that everything tasted like sugar with just a hint of what it said it was topped with.

Updating this review. Just went into the store. And 10/10. The vibe is so great! And right now they have the cutest Christmas rubber duckies for $1.50. My daughter (18months) picked an abominable snowman ducky! New family tradition. Every weekend we will be in to try a new donut every time!

“The place seems good but unfortunately I wasn’t able to try. It was raining a lot outside and when I went in we were asked to stand outside because there were more than 10 people waiting inside. Some common sense could have gone a long way here. I mean are they stand outside in a downpour waiting for 10 minutes kind of good? I wasn’t willing to find out.”
The frustration is not that they are trying to limit the amount of people in the store but had no foresight to accommodate some sort of queue system instead of expecting their potential customers to stand outside especially in an obvious downpour . Their current wait outside system is fine in the sunshine but with inclement weather it is an oversight. From what I can tell the donuts are a hit but the customer service is left wanting. I’ll give it some time and try again.

Update: after reading the response from the owner I decided to give the new online order option a try: it was easy to use and the donuts were done when they said they were. I went to pick them up and coincidentally it was raining again, walked in and there were a ton of people inside, I was not asked to leave this time and was promptly given my donuts and left. The donuts were warm and quite delicious. They only have cake donut which is ok with me because I like cake donuts. The donuts don’t keep well so I would suggest eating them fresh. Changing my original 1 star to a 4 star.

What a great idea. These donuts are great and the artistry that goes into each one is dope to watch in action. Its a bit more expensive then your average dozen but we'll worth it. I'd recommended these hitters to all my people with the munchies ha ha ya you know.

I love Duck Donuts! They are such wonderful donuts, and the staff is so friendly. I’ve had the Duck Donuts from down in South Jordan, Ut, and I loved them, but these up here are so much better!!! I get a half dozen at least once a week of their donuts. They always hit the spot, and make my day better!

It is so so so good! I love Ollie and all all things donuts!
