If I could only find something similar in my hometown, it would definitely be a part of my daily routine. First of all, the owners Grant and Zoe, are stand up people and welcome you like they've just invited you into their home. They are kind and work hard to make sure they are delivering quality coffee. Secondly, the coffee is incredible. They have been working years to perfect their roasted coffee beans, smooth milky lattes, and delicious pour-over. A must to visit when in Boise!

Best coffee in Boise - hands down, end of discussion. The espresso is amazing, the pour overs are to die for and the atmosphere is second to none. Grant and Zoe (the owners) are the nicest people around, and that shows in the environment they have created. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee.

I don’t have enough good things to say about Neckar coffee. Their coffees are thoughtfully roasted and prepared, their delicious pastries are hand made in house, and the ambiance is spot on. It’s my favorite.

Neckar Coffee is an example of what can be done when a shop owner is committed to detail and craft. They roast their own blends and each is delightful. The cold brew is spot on and everything on their menu is crafted with care. The space itself is a modern design lovers dream. With whites and natural woods throughout. The space is illuminated by beautiful windows that bring in lots of light. The Mugs, cups and bowls are clearly hand crafted and very well made. The staff is very friendly and will walk you through your options and answer any questions you have with ease.

I tried the nitro cold brew which was an interesting experience. My friends who love drip coffee said it was the best they've had in Boise. For me, I'm more of a drip coffee person and they do drip flawlessly.

My brother and I come in every Thursday morning. The staff have gone out of their way to not only know our weekly order, but to know our names and sense of humor. We don’t feel like customers, we feel like friends. The owners are there often and always go out of their way to connect with the people in their shop. This is all on top of an incredible third wave coffee experience and top notch environment that is not only ascetically pleasing, but very comfortable. Their pour overs and espresso are expertly roasted and hand crafted to perfection. You absolutely will not be disappointed with any facite of Neckar coffee.

Easily my favorite coffee shop in Boise. Great location and vibe, and the owners are absolutely wonderful people. You can tell they put their heart and souls into this business instead of just trying to make a buck. Nothing but positive energy .Highly recommended.
