Philz Coffee

First time here. The staff is very friendly, the space is nice so I can't wait to see it with a non-covid set up, and the coffee is great. I got a Mocha Fedora and the barista even offered that if I didn't like it, she would make me a new one for free, but it is delicious. Bonus that Fleetwood Mac was playing!

Came here recently with my friend our first time and the girl who was at front was so attentive! She helped us with our orders! The almond criossiant was delicious and the pricing is not bad. A nice place it drink some coffee and chill with friends.

Visiting Chicago from Maryland. We’ve been on many trips and must say, Philz Coffee is one of the best we’ve come across. Great service and awesome coffee and pastries. Well done!

Philz coffee was decent, I got an iced gingerbread coffee and it was okay. A true San Francisco experience with the prices though, a medium iced coffee was $6.80 or so; in my opinion you'd find more reasonably priced coffee at other locales in walking distance from here.

Best cup of coffee I've ever had. For real. They'll make it exactly how you want it, and there is no extra charge for oatmilk, soymilks, and almond milk. The barista was a gem!

They specialize in pour over coffee. Definitely more expensive than other coffee shops, but the sizes are reasonable and the flavors are so rich that it's worth it. Can't wait to go back.

You don't have espresso? Strange. The coffee was high quality though. More of a unique combination of just straight black coffee or kind of exaggerated coffee concoction type of place. Seems like it would work well in tourist destinations.

The coffee is just amazing. The mint mojito cold brew is my favorite morning beverage. All the baristas are knowledgeable and kind, but Lizbeth is the best.

Really cool coffee shop with interesting and unique lattes. Definitely worth a try. The coffees don't seem like they would be good, but they're great! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The baristas make your drink and even ask you to try it out before they move on to another customer to make sure it's to your liking. It's a nice place to study it get some work done. I highly recommend it!

It was $10 for a plain croissant and a very “average” large regular coffee.

They don’t have anything I can’t get at a Starbucks. If you want great coffee there is:
ipsento, la colombe, Dark Matter, Intelligentsia etc. all are a 100% times better.

They make each coffee per order
but is that’s a good thing?
The 19 or 20-year-old millennial that made my coffee had to do it twice because he couldn’t get the cream sugar mixture right.

they would save themselves a lot of time and money by just making a cream & sugar station.
You know, like everyone else has.

You could tell most people were checking it out cuz it’s new.
Not making any predictions but I know I’ll never go back unless I have to socially

I like this place- definitely a good competitor for Starbucks. Always good drinks.

My only gripe is that I really don't understand the menu, the ingredients, and the experience of deciphering this information to make an informed decision.
