Mackenzie’s service was poor.

7:30pm , prime after dinner, on a Saturday night the store was out of blueberry cake doughnuts, special new fall release pumpkins spice and cream filled... Basic glazed, chocolate, strawberry yeast and berry filled... No cake donuts at all...

Clean facility, good fresh donuts. Service was prompt. Prices were reasonable. It's not too often I'm willing to give a restaurant 5 stars, but they earned it tonight.

The slowest drive through and staff ever. For just handing out doughnuts and coffee the time it takes to order and actually get your food is 15 mins and that's with only 3 cars in the line. I do not know how they manage it but they need new management to fix this mess

If you are looking for the rudest Krispy Kreme here it is for example they have the Hot Light on & don't give anyone sample of donuts like everyone else does. Then gal ask what I want and I say what's the price for half dozen then she replied oh you'll want a dozen! Ya won't be back!

I wish they would give us a Krispy Kreme Doughnuts in Carbondale! The coffee is really good and the donuts are amazing, I don't feel heavy after eating their donuts compared to Dunkin Donuts. No offense to Dunkin because they have some really great food and drinks but it's all so heavy. I would literally trade Dunkin for Krispy any day.

I love this place but....Why are these doughnuts so oily and yucky when they get cold?? Like..can the ingredients get any cheaper?? Maybe drain the oil off of the cooked dough before the glaze and frosting, or pat em' down with paper towel or blot 'em with something. Sigh.....

I am a fan of glazed doughnuts near and far, and let me say that the Krispy Kreme Glazed doughnut is one of a kind! It's magical being warm, right out of the boiler! Great place if you love doughnuts or heart disease!

Helpful and friendly staff, lots of seating in this clean yummy place to sit and have a cup a coffee and a taste of delicious! Getting to watch the donuts being made and the iced conveyor belt is just a plus too.

Very rude people..drove from murphysboro, il today..website said carry out or drive thru..when I walked in. A blonde chick said you have to go thrdrive thru..ok, why is dooe open and website says what it did...went to drive thru..they tried to hurry me to get 3 dozen donuts..I told them specifically what I wanted in each box as they were going to different places..got to windiw..no thank you for $37 ..no receipt, asvthiscwas a business expense..got to my ddstination..NOTHING was in each box like I asked poor, rude service...not any better than Macdonald's ..only savior was most donuts were ok..just not what I order ed d..never go back..rather go to dunkin carbondale for all that
