Very cute, clean, and had amazing customer service. It's the perfect place to get boba tea and work on homework, read, or just hangout with friends.

First off door was locked during business hours. Had to call just to get service. Employees were very unfriendly and one employee was actually sleeping behind the counter. Will never return.

How hard is it to put ice in tea. especially if you ask.Had to pour out so bad. They have no ideal what is in drinks on menu

Tea is delicious but they have one poor guy working here on a Saturday! Having to wait like 30 minutes for my tea, but tbh I feel bad for the one dude working his butt off!

We liked the bubble teas that we ordered. Seemed pricey to me though. Paid over $11.00 for 2 bubble teas.

Often out of ingredients but always quick service and lots of great drinks to choose from.

Amazing tea! This was a little hole in the wall spot for me to try on Mass, and I'm in love! The decor of the store is adorable, and the tea is delicious!

We love Hi tea. We are there almost all the time. I suggest A5, J3, K1, K3, A2. He knows what we want. All the help supper nice. Go and try it.
