My husband loved the fact that they had organic roasted flavored beans without artificial flavoring. They use essence to flavor the specialty beans. However when ordering iced latte to there are ok only 2 coffee options and the flavorings were artificial and sugarfree...yuck. iced tea was great and I also bought 2 bags of loose leaf tea.
Pass on the gluten free bagels,expensive,flat,gross.

Love this coffee shop. The people that work here are great. The coffee is great and being able to buy in bulk with lots of choices is amazing. The food is really good and love the cover of the day options. Just wish there were more around the area.

Friendly staff and great variety of coffee! I wish the coffee from the hot coffee bar was not so hot! It is impossible to drink without cream in it unfortunately.

First visit here. Stopped in by chance on a trip and had one of the best cups of coffee I've had in a while! The Baltimore Blend was one of the brews of the day and it was great! Wish there was one of these closer to home, I would definitely be a regular! And the price was good for a coffee shop, far better than Starbucks and much better tasting. A 20oz cup was right at $2.50 before tax. Glad I stopped here, will definitely look for these on my next trip in or around Baltimore. Great cup of coffee!

Nice, casual atmosphere. The vegetarian sandwich was awesome. Good value meal that is satisfying. Often buy espresso coffee beans from here - always fresh and perfectly roasted.

The absolute best snacks, beverages & products. I’ve never had such amazing chai! Truly authentic. Their hot drinks are served at just the right temperature to enjoy fresh from pot. Service is attentive, patient & friendly. I love coming here.

If there was an option for 3.5 stars, I would have done that. This place had good seating, friendly staff, and a good yogurt parfait. However, their coffee was simply not good. It was one the worst my wife and I have had recently. It had a weird flavor profile and aftertaste.

**Update - Response to Business** - I drink a lot of coffee. I usually order a hot black americano. This is meant to allow the coffee shop to show me how they manage their espresso drinks on a pretty level playing field. I don't think they made the drink incorrectly. I believe I do not like the roast. I could have asked for another one, but I would have had another cup that was just like the one I didn't care for. Again, good employees, parfait, and seating. I just didn't like the roast.

The place looks very appealing and the small of coffee ☕ love it! The frozen coffees very tasty 😋

Nice casual atmosphere, amazing selection of coffee, teas and related accoutrements that you may not expect; chicory, filters, coffee pot cleaners, etc. oh and a nice selection of "Good things to eat!"; bagels, salads, paninis and more... I enjoyed a nice pour over of the the barista's favourite. Staff was very helpful and kind despite the busy afternoon... Oh & one more thing, I greatly appreciated that coffee can be purchased by the 1/4 lb. if you like; a great way to sample their various blends!
