Coffee Time Bake Shop

Me and my husband wound up eating at this coffee shop twice while on our honeymoon. Everyone there was incredibly kind and so attentive. The food and coffee was absolutely delicious. If you get the chance stop by and get a cheese Danish!

We tried the chicken sandwich bagel 🥯 and we are literally obsessed with it, super delicious and tasty. Everything they have in the bakery looks super fresh and appetizing. very highly recommended, ohh, and by the way, my cappuccino was soooo delicious. 😍😍😍💯👌

The pastries and drinks are superb, but the employees are not allowed to accept tips for some reason. Please allow patrons to show some form of gratitude to your employees; they work so hard.

In 2018, the employees were not allowed to receive tips. It is now 2023 and I believe this is still the case. Correct me if I am wrong. Change this greedy "policy." It's insulting to your staff and the owner should be ashamed.

I drive an hour each Lent season to get there paczki. They make the best I've had in 40 years. They are pricey but for a once a year indulgence, it's worth it. Staff is friendly and quick.

A great place for all your bakery needs. Needed an assortment of deserts for a get together of 10-12 people and got a delicious assortment here.

The homemade donuts here are delicious. Got the peanut butter and fluff and OMG. It's a must try. They also have paczki (polish donuts) sometimes and they are a MUST.

A little expensive but the quality is worth it. Good service. Rob the owner is a hardworking nice guy. Benn doing business with Coffee TIME since the 1970s Canal St. Is where it started. 👌

I am really and truly confused about how a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a bagel and a large iced coffee can cost $13.50! especially when the coffee is subpar and flavorless; and is that half an egg on the sandwich?? At least the bacon was crisp and the hot sauce had flavor. Too bad as this is a neighborhood joint - and I would like to support non-chain local establishments, but this seems unrealistic...

Extremely poor customer service, disabled and asked for owner to email me to address a concern with a purchase and the only reply I received was to CALL, after saying I'm disabled and unable to. Requesting a credit for a pastry there was an issue with. Very disappointed been going there for years first time issue and no one reached out to help about it.

For a place called "Coffee Time," the coffee is really bad. Not only does it cost more than most premium coffee franchises, it was absolutely tasteless and diluted to the point it is undrinkable. Luckily, plants don't care about that, so I brought it home for them. The doughnuts are also pretty mediocre, but my wife liked her iced Vietnamese coffee. Inside is designed horribly with no space between the display case and front door; people are crammed in by necessity. To their benefit, the staff handle it really well and with tons of patience.
