Lantern Coffee Bar and Lounge

I love tea, and I love that they are so knowledgeable about tea and that it is brewed loose leaf. It's a great place with a very calm and friendly atmosphere.

Love this place. Great coffee and espresso drinks. The baristas are friendly and knowledgeable. Don’t let the street view deceive you there is plenty of intimate seating just below the coffee bar. We went on a cold COLD! winter night and it was cozy with incredible drinks.

Chloe! Thank you for going above and beyond for two hurried clients tonight, one of whom wasn't feeling well. You were so compassionate. Much appreciated and the cafe miel was wonderful.

I adore this place. We were scoping out coffee shops for a mini photo shoot. As you can see, it turned out well enough. The mood here is casually open and friendly. Decent music playing in the background. And the lounge area! Love that. I ordered a cappuccino while I was at it. Service was friendly and quick. I will definitely be going back and happy to tell whomever wants to listen.

Coffee was delicious. I got an Iced Lavender Latte. The perfect amount of Lavender 👌 the hippie cookies are a must try if you go there

Stop here often when walking around downtown, very good coffee and nice place to relax. Usually busy but I’ve always found a place to sit down.

The Lantern offers great local coffee and tea choices. The coffee is very good, beating most major chains in terms of quality. There's also a very unique atmosphere, feels almost like an underground Chicago coffee shop.

The typical crowd is college students studying, but I've seen people from all walks of life here.

Don't expect much in the way of food, there are a few pastry and baked good options but that's about it.

NOTE: no wheelchair access to lower seating area or restrooms.

Great drink and great staff! I got their matcha mandarin vinegar soda, so yummy! Staff were kind and patient! Atmosphere was great!

Clean, modern atmosphere. Good tea- I tried the Rosella. Really great prices too. Parking is a bit of a downside because it is downtown. Not a super friendly atmosphere like most locally owned coffee shops are, so that was a bit disappointing.

I am trying to stay away from Starbucks and land on a local coffee shop! This by far is my favorite! The taste is on point along with wonderful staff and a variety of options! Don’t hesitate
