My husband and stopped by there and ordered 2 frappes They were supposed to have candy sprinkles on them, mine was Mounds and my husbands was Reese’s The lady made our drinks took our money. When we got our drinks they didn’t have any candy pieces because they were out of them. Should have refused them

I come there everytime I'm at the mall today 3/10/18 I forgot my card in my jacket in my car and they already made my drink before being cashed out man who took my order was pissed at me... I told him I would be back and didn't care if it was watery from sitting.... I came back and the man through away my drink and told me the drink looked Disgusting I replied I told you I would have taken it either way because u already made it.... He replied well since you made me waste I'm charging you for a large and a small..... Never heard of that... Also for the fact #1 you made the drink before the purchase.. #2 I stated that I would take it watered down #3 you wasted it on purpose for what... Sooo I told him fine because I have the money for it and I'm not going to bring myself down a level.... Even though they charged me for two larges but like It was what ever... I work at a restaurant and have had many situations and never handled it like that.. I did not appreciate the rude behavior if you were having a bad day that's not my fault... I will come back and speak with you about this hope your not in a bad mood...

I always enjoy a cup of coffee at the Daily Grind Cafe when shopping at Westland Mall. The coffee is delicious and the staff is friendly.

This is a must go to at Westland mall. Coffees are just as good as the more expensive places and the prices are better. Friendly staff.
