Spyhouse Coffee Roasters

This shop is located within the hotel and they have a very nice library feel seating area with free wifi. The cappuccino and chocolate croissant here were great! The only thing keeping it from a 5 star is the price as it was a little more expensive than I was expecting ($4.75 for the croissant and $4.85 for the cappuccino).

Wonderful coffee. And I'm a fan of the veggie patty breakfast sandwich.

Honestly it’s just nice to have a space like this where you can hang out on couches in an open and relaxed environment. My recommendation is primarily based on the atmosphere, the last time I visited I got a matcha latte and some macarons and was disappointed by both. The matcha was basically milk and the macarons were on par with storebought. That being said Spyhouse is generally a well received and reputable coffee spot so it all checks out. If you want a spot to hangout for a bit it’s nice, if you’re ordering to go there are probably better options.

Ran into this gem while visiting Minneapolis. Amazing atmosphere and space. The plants, decor and ambience make it such a unique spot to sit and relax or have a meeting. A variety of seating is available from tables and desks to sofas and chairs around the fireplace.
And to top it off the coffee is excellent, made from high quality beans and baristas who know exactly what you're looking for.

The coffee was great and so was the food but it’s a bit overpriced for the value. Portions are small and cost is high but again, tastes great. And the interior is very cool. Definitely would study here. But become broke doing so.

Love the space and their coffee, but my caramel latte was almost $8 after tax and a small tip. I’ll be back, but when I have more time to enjoy the space and get more value out of it.

Looks nice, but they have two large screen TVs with Fox News on, so I turned around and left. When I want a peaceful place for coffee, I do not want Fox News forced on me. It’s a funny vibe for a coffee shop to choose to create.

Really good coffee shop in a beautiful and quiet setting. Usually whenever I order coffee I'm in a rush and don't really get to sit and truly enjoy myself but my first time visiting this location I sat at one of the many available tables and chairs. The Iced Spygirl was really good.
