Usually love getting a bubble tea when I’m independence. Worker today was very impatient when taking our order. Switched up our drink orders. Very politely let them know and asked for it to be fixed. She very rudely grabbed our drinks and remade them

the drink I got which was a almond milk was not exactly what I have tasted in other bobba places done completely wrong and taste awful this is the second and last time I get a drink from here, first time my drink was done wrong as well. train you staff on how to do these drinks correctly.

Went here, got 2 drinks. The cherry smoothie was practically flavorless and mine was good but my green apple bobas/jellies in the bottom tasted so horrible freezer burnt I couldn’t eat them
Edit for management reply: I’ve had the jellies at the river market and also the location on 39th, neither tasted like that. It wasn’t bitter or potent, it was freezer burnt tasting. I don’t remember the exact time but this occurred roughly a month ago. I thought I had already left a review

@Tobias Kennedy that didn’t happen he was there for 3-4 minutes just like every other customer and left they didn’t even spark small talk, you need to go to a mirror and ask yourself what am I doing wrong. Why am I wasting time taking pictures of strangers, writing reviews on the internet that nobody reads, makes you no money, and ultimately wastes your time.
