PJ's Coffee

What a cute place! The promise of beignets drew us in and did not disappoint! Side sauces not needed. These were fresh, hot, and covered with powdered sugar. Waitstaff was very friendly. The only detraction was that it was noisy. Music playing and several people in meetings don't make it easy to have casual conversation.

Lily provided excellent service and knowledgeable about the products. . Sandwiches are great and there’s even a combo option! Lots of flavored syrup options to choose from! Nice atmosphere to meet someone for a coffee.

WOW!!! What a magnificent add to the area. I was shopping nearby and overheard employees talking about how they had all switched to this new coffee shop in the same plaza. I inquired and thought I'd try for myself. Top notch service, top notch coffee, and treats!! Check it out for yourself, you won't be disappointed!!

Great coffee in a neat atmosphere! Lots of options and very friendly staff. Will definitely be back to try more of the offerings. Don't skip the beignets!

Loved going to Pj's, the smell inside smells just like a coffee shop should! The coffee tasted fantastic. Absolutely will be returning for some more smells and coffee . The staff was all very helpful and nice. Overall great experience!!

So good! Tried this for the first time a few weeks ago and The barista Rachel, was very kind & knowledgeable. She took her time eagerly helping me choose a drink which I ended up loving! The white chocolate latte was made perfectly! The Beignets are to die for, so do yourself a favor and go head and buy that 12 pack😩 my overall experience at the O’Fallon location was very positive & light. Such a peaceful environment to enjoy a perfect latte! Will definitely be returning & making this a daily morning treat!

It's a really cute place with a pretty great variety of coffee, love the sugar free options. The bagels ARE not fresh. They are literally Walmart/great value brand, in a 5 pack bag from their fridge. Super disappointed ☹️

The frozen Granita's are awesome! This is a really cool place and a super friendly staff - Aiden was great!!!

Very impressed with the friendliness and the atmosphere . Very cute place! The coffee taste fresh and smooth. Very reasonable priced, especially for the great quality.

PJ’s is a great addition to O’Fallon! Fun atmosphere, employees are all super friendly and the food/drink is delicious. The beignets are a must but you can’t go wrong even if you wanted a lunch sandwich. The Cold brews and drip coffee are my personal favorite for a very authentic taste.
