Mudhouse Coffee Springfield

Love the food! One of the few places that offer delicious vegetarian/vegan food. The food is super fresh with different sups everyday (for the lunch special) coffee is amazing!!!
They also offer breakfast burritos vegan and vegetarian in the mornings! Strongly recommend their burritos as well.

Love mudhouse, I always get the frozen unicorn and one of their cheesecakes. The food is delicious, the smoothies are great, the people both working and just there to chill are really nice and all together I'm glad mudhouse is just there for people like me to enjoy a nice coffee and do some homework.

Walked in for a chai latte and a burrito. We stood for 10 min while three employees chatted about anything and everything. They never acknowledged us or even looked up. I made a few loud comments to my wife such as “are you getting a chai or a coffee” to infer we were waiting to order. Held my hand up looked the grey haired lady in the eye twice and said “excuse me” I don’t know how many times.
The facility had a few patrons in there , all of which appeared to have their items and I was wearing a bright safety orange jacket so they had to have seen me.
I have heard nothing but great things about this place but unfortunately I will never be able to verify them as I will not be returning.
I suggest going over to seattle roast where we were promptly greeted and served in an absolute packed coffee shop and they only had one employee working

No steps needed to enter. Everything is on one floor with no steps. The bathrooms are non-gendered single occupancy restrooms which are spacious and comfortable. I'm a big fan of the chunky monkey and the jitterbug :)

Madhouse coffee is a unique place. I got the mudskipper as an iced coffee, and it has such a rich flavor! There are cool paintings on exhibit all around the shop. The baristas are friendly and helpful!

My friends and I have been coming here for years, we absolutely love it! I wish they still had games out like chess or cards against humanity but I understand the issues that COVID introduced. The ELVIS is my usual, and I’m never disappointed. Great place to hang out, get some work/homework done, or just listen to music and drink some coffee. The cheesecake is also a MUST.

I have not ventured far from the frozen coffee offerings, though I hear they are quite tasty. The go to drinks for us are the funky monkey ( frappuccino with a whole banana blended in) and the tahitian vanilla ( frappuccino with Colombian coffee and a rich vanilla flavoring). If you need a little extra something you should definitely grab one of the bags of chocolate covered espresso beans or cookies. They are delicious, and perfect to munch on while we drive back from Springfield to Kansas city.

I've been going to Mudhouse for 3-4 years now, and I can always count on them to have amazing coffee and pastries. They have lots of seating options, and the unique decor and lighting makes it a cozy, great place for studying. It can be difficult to find seating on occasion with how popular the shop is, but it's definitely worth the wait.

Stopped here for some work with my family and it was a great choice! Tons of coffee and smoothie options, excellent drip, and great service. The vibe is lively but not overwhelming. Would recommend!

Also, they have excellent vegan brownies and delicious blueberry scones.

Coffee was very strong. Maybe the reason for the name. The pecan bars were so good. Atmosphere was friendly. A must stop on the Ozark coffee trail. I had a breakfast sandwich that was very good also. I would return if downtown. Close to other boutique places in the area. As usual, parking is a challenge.
