I did not have a good experience in your business this morning. I came in and was greeted by a rather rude employee who seemed to be unhappy and had a rather rude, condescending attitude and mannerisms. I also noticed one employee in the back playing on his phone who looked rather unhappy working on my order. Also had a weird interaction with another customer who didn't like me standing in front of the water cooler. I realize that had nothing to do with your bisiness but taken in whole, it was a rather unpleasant, very awkward experience. Probably wont be back. It was my first time in here, and the food was bought for my wife, which she did say tasted good. You guys should pay attention to the customer service and attitude of your employees. I had the distinct feeling they are used to getting away with this kind of behavior.

The coffee drinks are AMAZING. Customer service is awesome and it's a very warm and welcoming feeling when you come in. Christiane is AMAZING. Thanking God i found this coffee spot. She's the best barista around! When you go make sure you see CHRISTIANE!!!!!

I have been to this coffee shop twice and the first time was great. The customer service was ok. The coffee was good. The second time I went the cashier was snappy and was kind of rude to the person accompanying me. I thought this was gonna be a good place to drink coffee, but I will not be paying for a bad experience. The only reason I went was because the Starbucks had a line. If you like overpriced food and snobby customer service this is the place.

Moved to the area recently and this shop has become my go to! Great coffee and the staff has been very friendly, have even remembered my name and my "usual". I have also ordered a couple things from the kitchen and have yet to be disappointed! If you're looking for a chill coffee shop to do homework or business, or rather a quick pick me up, coffeeology is your spot!

This coffee house amazing! Beyond the traditional atmosphere you expect at a coffee house, the employees were friendly and knowledgeable about their product. If you like bold flavorful COLDBREW they are the right people for you. Personally loved the Irish Macaroon Latte. Must visit if attending UNCG or in the Greensboro area!

The food at Coffeology is good, but the sanitation, and the service quality is questionable. I saw a giant roach crawling on the wall near the place they are making the drinks at. Also a friend of mine is allergic to nuts, and she ordered a French vanilla coffee. She heard the person behind the counter say "just use hazelnut", so she it threw away. They didn't ask her if that was okay. That and the roach were both things that guaranteed we will never buy anything from there ever again.

Their website and their sign located at the store both say the menu is available “all day.” The place closes at 9pm so you’d think all day means all day- 9pm. However when we arrived at 6:30pm we were told (by a barista with attitude) that the menu is only until 6pm. When asked why their sign says all day we were simply told that the kitchen staff leaves early and it’s actually from 9am-6pm. That’s not even when they open or close. How is that all day?! We drove out of our way to grab something to eat here only for their website and in store signage to be incorrect. Ridiculous! We are never coming back!

I really do enjoy the breakfast biscuit. HOWEVER, the customer service at this location is extremely rude and horrible. I absolutely hate calling them to place a to-go order because I am met with a attitude repeatedly. Whoever answers the morning phone needs to be trained on etiquette.
