We were disappointed. We didn't actually get to try the donuts so I didn't want to rate them 1 star, but we were really disappointed to find them closed on a Sat morning. Google shows their hours are 7-2 on Sat and it says the business confirmed their hours 1 week ago. At least 5 other groups of people walked up to try to get donuts while we were standing there trying to figure out a plan B for breakfast. The business needs to update their hours online so tourists like us don't have to drive up there just to find them closed.

Fresh, hot donuts with creative toppings and flavors. Try the various seasonal flavors. Made to order. Coconut Island Bliss is my personal fav. A must-do for travels to the Outer Banks.

Having been to duck donut locations throughout the eastern seaboard this was by far the worst location. Ordering was not organized and they did not require customers to write down their order in advance leading to long backups as customers decide what they want at the counter.
This location was very light on toppings. Very few pieces of bacon and other toppings and the drizzle was almost non-existent. Did not meet the high standards we have come to know and life with Duck Donuts.
No masks were worn by staff or customers. Packed store with out a single mask.

Bacon in the sun donut. Two of these to start your day will make you smart, successful and good looking. Unfortunately I don’t live near here, but I’m I eat these when visiting. You can’t beat a warm fresh donut.

Donuts were good but the wait was really long for a Wednesday morning. We waited over 45 minutes for a half dozen. Online ordering wasn’t available so it’s not like we could have ordered ahead.

I had heard really good things about Duck Donuts and was excited to dry them! My husband and I ordered two donuts each from the fan favorites list: french toast, blueberry pancake, chocolate caramel crunch, and peanut butter paradise. It was a very sweet start to our morning! The flavors of the sauces and the toppings were excellent. These donuts are a great way to have "cake" for breakfast because the sauces are so sweet you can feel the gritty sugar texture when you eat it. To be honest, the sauce and toppings cover up a donut that is just-okay. If you want a decadent dessert for breakfast, definitely give it a try. I would love to see staff wear face masks to keep themselves and customers safe during the ongoing pandemic.

Uh it's donuts and not only that they're made on the spot FRESH!!!! It's heaven for your mouth! They're not yeast and yeast isn't an option but cake is the best.
If you have an opportunity to eat at a Duck Donuts you won't be disappointed!
