Friend of mine runs this place, they did my nieces Paw Patrol themed Birthday cake and my family thought it was the cutest. Good work, my friend!

Fantastic variety of items! Cookies, Crossants, donuts, cakes, and a list of menu items (sandwiches) fixed right there for you! The people were friendly and the prices were great!

We had a chocolate Crossant and an Almon Crossant, and took home a box with ham n cheese Crossant, jalapeño and sausage roll, Cuban Meat pie, cream puff, and turnovers......all were very elicious!!!!

I went into this location this morning around 9:15/20 on my way to work. I walked in and there were 2 customers speaking with an employee about a cake. Other than me, there was no one else around. I stood around for almost 10 min before she finally asked for someone to help with the front from the back...but never even acknowledged that I was there. Finally, several minutes later, 2 employees came from the back (and older woman and a young woman). The older of the 2 asked who was next, because by that time, 2 other customers had come in...without ever being acknowledged. I asked her if there were any snowflake cakes available and that I wasn't sure what the ones in the display were. She answered me by saying "well I can't tell you that if I can't see them" in a very condescending voice while she walked to the display. She assured me there weren't any of the ones I wanted, so I said "ok, then I just need some things out of the other display". She then walked over to the register where the customers were discussing cake and completely ignored me. I stood there waiting and she never even looked my direction. So the younger of the 2 finally asked if she could help me bc she realized the other woman had blown me off. Thankfully, she was extremely nice and apologetic. The other finally asked a gentleman behind me if he needed help once I was being checked out and still no apology or acknowledgment. I love this bakery, but can guarantee I won't be going back to this one unless the younger girl is working. The other 2 were just rude and need some work with their customer service. So not impressed.

The cake that I ordered and paid for was not even close to what I asked them to make especially for a very special day " Valentines Day" I even called a week ahead for the cake and specified exactly how I wanted it. When I went to pick up the cake they made me wait for 20 mins extra and their were people available to help me.When they brought out the cake the icing was not the color I asked for and the cake had no rasberry filling like I asked for as well. I asked them if they had put the icing in the cake they said yes. "false" I would never order anything from merrits again .

Love the baked goodies. (5 stars) Disappointed to arrive a few times these last couple of months expecting to get donuts or an Okie breakfast and then to find out they are closed on days and hours they scheduled to be open?

Cakes, cookies, cup cakes were all amazing. Tried another bakery recently & will not do that again.

WE HAV BEEN LONG TIME CUSTOMER'S BACK IN THE DAY ON 15TH AND B 4 I THINK U WERE ON HARVARD. MADE ALL MY KIDZ B DAY CAKES DELICIOUS.
TO FIND MERRITTS IN JENKS OK IS GREAT COM BY AND TRY THE TIRAMISU (SP) THEY ALSO MAKE A MEAN RUEBEN SANDWICH...LOV IT 25 YR CUSTOMER . CLEAN GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE...😷

The room layout was wonderful & the food displays were dazzling. The staff were wonderfully friendly & warm. It's a great set-up overall.

Very satisfied with this Bakery. Ryan assisted me in designing a custom cake and he could not have anymore helpful.
