Very friendly customer service, but the coffee needs more flavoring, especially for $4.25 for 16oz. I bought 4 coffees and had the same problem each time. Just a thought... flavoring should cost extra.

Love the coffee but very inconsistent with accuracy of orders. Out of the last 10 orders only three were correct.
