My mom is currently in the hospital in Oregon City after getting a carmel blonde Sugar free Monday before noon, and she has FOOD POISONING. To add insult to injury it was her free coffee.
There's no phone number to call the shop. This is my next recourse.
If you had coffee Monday and are sick go to the Er. If I could give 0 stars I would. She has heart issues and couldn't take her meds for several days so now she's in observation. I'm extremely upset.

Must get my morning fix! the location for this is perfect on my way to work! there are two lanes to help move things along and the staff are always friendly! I seem to have a knack for picking the "wrong" lane but staff come out to the cars to take orders. seriously love the consistency in orders! Thank you!

Worst service ever! Rude person with no personality. Waited awhile to get the front of the line. Asked about franchise opportunities but was told she didn’t know. Asked to move along. Great coffee, but the workers can be jerks!

Staff were friendly but that was about its only redeeming quality. I ordered a coffee but it was iced (they should probably default to hot or at least ask before assuming a person wants it iced) but I didn't want to send it back and waste the plastic cup. Didn't taste great and was watered down (probably due to the ice). I was also given a straw without being asked and they refused to take it back even though it was still in the wrapper. Pastry was wrapped in both plastic and paper. So much unnecessary plastic that could've been avoided, all for a very underwhelming coffee that wasn't what I ordered.

Our everyday coffee shop for a couple years now. We refuse to go anywhere else, even if it's out of the way for our plans that day. We know all of the staff and they know our drinks and how we like them! Super friendly people who will actually talk to you as human beings, not just customers. Go check them out. They're great!

I love my local BlackRock. My wife, my dogs, and I visit at least once a week. We enjoy the coffee offerings and the staff almost equally (sorry Bailey and Kayla but the coffee has caffeine, you don't). The new energy drink they have "Fuel" we also enjoy very much. Every drink is consistent and made quickly. If you haven't been, GO. You need it in your life.

I was having service on my car at the dealership next to this location. The dealer recommended the walk-up window at Black Rock. When I arrived, there were two workers and they denied me service because they were only serving cars. Well, nice knowing ya Black Rock, glad you did not go out of your way for a customer.

Absolutely love this location in particular! They don't push for a tip like Dutch, they're family to me. They blend awesome drinks and have good energy. Highly recommend! 🌟
