Strawberry Jam
I’m a hardcore Starbucks fan but I thought I’d give this a try. Coffee was just ok, I ordered a white chocolate mocha and it was ok but just INSANELY sweet and wasn’t that hot. The customer service here, however, is phenomenal. The guy who took my order was so nice and talked to me as if I were a friend instead of a customer which I appreciated. Might come back and try their iced tea but for coffee I think Starbucks is far superior.

I have been coming to this location since they opened and have not had any issues, the service has always been great and the experience enjoyable. However, today I was coming through the drive thru and the girl who took my order and I were talking about Taylor Swift because her music was playing. The girl who took my order then proceeded to tell me how much she loves Taylor Swift but does not agree with her "politics" because she is "from the South." She did not specify which political view she was talking about but one can assume she was talking about Taylor Swift's pro LGBTQ stance. As a member of the LGBTQ community that was raised in the South, I found this to be incredibly offensive and inappropriate. She can believe whatever she wants to but she does not need to share her political views with customers, especially when they are controversial and offensive.

My experience has been excellent at 7 Brew in Kingsport. Their employees are energetic, friendly, and seem to love working here! The 3 coffees that I have tried have all been very good. My favorite so far is the blondie.

No whip cream on my frozen coffee drink, I did it ask because the picture on the menu has the drink decorated with whip cream and sauce. The drink tasted like a gas station frozen coffee that came out of a machine. I thought maybe it was me but my husband said the same thing, no flavor.
