Great venue and service!

Nice view and neat hangout spot. My only complaint is when i last visited they closed 2 hours before the actual closing time. I understand that it may have been a slow night, but I've never felt so rushed to leave an establishment before. The lights were being turned off in the bar without any explanation forcing us to finish our drinks, pay our tabs, and leave. In the food industry workplace the customer should feel welcomed. And well we felt the complete opposite that night.

This was a really cool bar!!! A friend brought us here while visiting for the weekend from Houston! This place has an amazing ambiance with multiple levels and an over all great vibe! My favorite place was the roof and even though it was cold outside this place managed to not only keep the space warm, but they did it without over packing it with heat lamps. The DJ was really good also! I would definitely recommend this place as it was one of the highlights of our trip. oh and good drinks also!

Great low-key vibe before going to a show within walking distance at the Abraham Chavez. Lick It Up is an entirely plant-based restaurant inside, and I highly recommend the gorditas!

This use to be my spot on Saturdays nights but but now I feel like the owners are neglecting this bar to manage others.
The bartenders are rude, zero customer service skills, the quality and consistency of the drinks has gone down big time. Everyone from bartenders to bouncers are unapproachable and seemed bored. An hour before close and we were being yelled at (literally, not an exaggeration) to finish our drinks and close out our tabs.
The upstairs staircase is now a death trap, the wood floor is literally falling apart with dangerous holes and pieces of plank all over the place. A lawsuit waiting to happen, someone can seriously hurt themselves walking on that. Women’s restroom needs an overhaul. Broken soap dispenser, never any papers towels, dingy, musky and dark. I would expect more from a place that has expensive drinks. So, I naturally stopped coming because I literally feel my business is not appreciated. But this place, when everything is up to par and everyone is having a good time use to be a lot of fun.

Wednesday night jazz session was great. The band was super talented, the drinks were superb, the food was outstanding! We left early (9:20ish)had a great time and more people were going coming in as we were leaving. I would love to go back again

One of the bartenders changed my tip amount

Great location and atmosphere, but the staff needs some help and training. We went on Saturday December 8 and recommended it to quite a few people. Ordered a few drinks from the female bartender downstairs, but she seemed more interested in flirting and talking to her friends rather than working we never received our drinks and moved on.

Loud obnoxious music ruined my sleep for 2nights staying at the hotel across the street literally writing this review at 1:08pm disgusting hotels and the city should shut these guys down.
