Tom N Toms Coffee Galleria

Stumbled upon this gem by accident and I’m glad I decided to go in. I ordered the red eye with vanilla and the salted caramel sweet foam topping and the chicken bacon ranch bagel bite. The coffee was better than any I have had in the entire state, smooth and cold but not bitter. The bagel bite ( it’s definitely bigger than a bite think open faced sandwich) luckily it’s a few blocks from my house so I will definitely be back for other treats! The staff was friendly and helpful in curating the perfect drink in comparison to what I order elsewhere, the space gave a really good vibe and seems like the perfect cafe to sit and have a latte any time of the day.

Great coffee and snack shop. Really clean and cute inside. I got a Cookie Butter Tomncino and original Pretzel w/ nacho cheese. I loved the cookie butter Tomncino but was underwhelmed w/ the pretzel. It was SUPER salty (and I enjoy salty things) and wasn't really a pretzel, but more of a bread in a pretzel shape. It reminded me of good, but salty, flavored pizza crust. Other foods looked really yummy though and others seemed to be enjoying then. I like that there is plenty of parking, and the staff was nice. They also hold events here, like meetups and K-pop cupsleeve events, which are fun. I'll go back and try more desserts.

Great place! It’s quiet and very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and quick. The sweet potato pizza is SO delicious, sweet, and cheesy. The drinks were great and they have a large selection of food and beverage options. Definitely something for everyone! We’ll be back soon.

My wife loves the frozen blended coffee drinks and this place does that very very well. It's the right consistency, not too sweet, a lot of places fall short. We've tried both locations and loved it. I always get the hot cappucino and they give the option of three sizes....jumbo it is! They have some amazing looking snacks and food on display, unfortunately i'm low carbing it and none look like they fit that description.

Great customer service from Matthew, Bree (I think that’s her name, sorry if I’m incorrect or misspelling your name) & Mary Cho (who I believe may be the owner) my order was made incorrectly, I called to inform them so it could be remade, didn’t call to complain I understand mistakes happen, I just want what I paid for. Matthew apologized & offered a remake, I came the next day for the remake, Bree was friendly & accommodating, really appreciated her help. I didn’t realize the previous day the owner emailed me to apologize for the incorrect order. Her reaching out showed me how much she cares about her customers & that’s appreciated. I Used to prefer Starbucks as a former barista but customer service from them has been lacking. Tom N Toms is my new go to coffee shop, I now prefer them over Starbucks, their bagel sandwich with the spicy mayo is addicting, their coffee is STRONG & customer service is great.

Ordered the iced caramel macchiato, horchata iced latte, the savory sweet honey and mixed cheese bread and the bulgogi pretzel. Every single item ordered was delicious!! I have officially found my favorite coffee shop in Houston. The staff is super friendly! Couches are very comfy!

The place need an upgrade and more tables for people to sit. Can’t put my finger on it but I think it’s the interior design that is not very inviting. Order cappuccino, it was too hot burned by tongue and didn’t taste good. Maybe it was a bad day for them.

Subpar at best. Customer service was nonexistent, coffee was simply not good. Positive note - seems like a quiet spot to study or do work.
