Today was our first day trying this, and I am convinced the great ratings are paid for. This place is a dump. I don’t know how they got a reputation for being a “must eat” place, but take it from me, go literally anywhere else. The service is horrible. The wait for food is very long (we waited 20 minutes for coffee and over an hour for our food when there was only half the restaurant full). The food came out Luke warm. It was the same quality you’d get from a Dennys or ihop, without the friendly service. There are so many good breakfast spots in St George there honestly is no reason to choose this sub par establishment.

Very popular place. Good breakfast great waiters. Usually very very buisy.

I'll definitely return to the Bear Paw Cafe whenever I'm in St George. Awesome food and atmosphere.

Amazing little spot with great food, polite workers, and a sense of urgency. My server Grayce was amazing, she was super on the ball, sweet, and helpful and the food was great. Kimberly, Josh, and April who left reviews are Karen’s who seemingly never worked in their lives, complained and caused commotion, and were hecklers. Never seen a group act so entitled in my life. Would recommended this place, great little slice of st George. Wait times can be a little long at times though, but would strongly recommend.

Went for brunch on a weekday morning and it was full, so we had to wait a bit to get a table.
The food was good, everyone seemed to like what they got.
The staff were friendly and helpful (though a little distracted and busy because it was so full--for example, the places were not set with napkins\silverware when we sat down, so we had to ask for them when our food came).

Place has gone down hill fast. Use to be a great place for good food. Wife's crepe today was the worst crepe ever...she only hate the filling. My trappers omelet and home fries was average at best for fast food. Am shocked. They came out and said table was ready but then someone spoke up that they skipped over. So we waited another 5 minutes, after waiting 30 already. Wish I
would have read reviews before going this time around. Never brought wifes tea until she asked when brought out food which also took about 25 min. Place was a lot dirtier then use to be too, not keep clean busboy had a napkin stuck on foot near register stand and just shock off and pushed in corner with foot.we won't go back. Again.

Would go again just for the biscuits! Warm, friendly service from all of the staff here, but especially our waitress Lydia who served us three out of four visits. Generous portions and fresh ingredients, a great breakfast stop in St George.

Quaint setting and lots of locals. I ordered pecan French toast. French toast isn't supposed to resemble toast, but this was super dry, as if they skipped the step of dipping it in egg and sauteing it. Good service, despite disappointing meal.

Good Vegetarian Omelette. Friendly staff, however Crepe came out cold twice.

The eggs over easy on the hashbrowns were great, especially their pancakes were so good (blueberries). Yum, yum.
