My teenager loves the White Rocket. But the hot chocolate is a mix and very watery. Other main drinks don't compare. Friendly staff... but... Dutch Bros is just way better all around. Better drinks, creamy hot chocolate made perfect temp and they are always so happy. This place is "ok"

I love everything about this franchise except the fact they do not cater to the graveyard shift at all. The latest they are open is 9 PM. Which I understand.. but it's a bummer I cant get my roasters coffee fix before work at night.

A very good place to get your drinks is on Keane across from the new Tim Bush Carwash. Went there this morning must have been 12-15 cars there and we still got our coffee's in good time.Very good service and great product. My wife and I got a 24 oz. Iced soy mocha and a 32 oz. Blended Way with extra caramel drizzle and dark chocolate. Very good drinks. Our favorite coffee place in the Tri-Cities. Allison that works there is an Awesome Barista, amongst others there.

Want the best coffee my blended melted being made I guess. My passenger said I was belittled I, didn't see but she did seem a little out of pocket. Anywho a roasters is roasters is a roasters is a roasters!

I’m so disappointed the lady forgot my change. I showed her my 3 dollar yelp check in and she took my 5 and didn’t give me any money back. The drink I got wasn’t what I ordered and was the most god awful creation ever. I can’t believe her. She was rude, nasty and not helpful. My friend also got a drink and didn’t even taste like coffee. I would rather go to a sewer and sip the water from it then go to this roasters and get helped by this failure of a woman. I was about to get out of the car and tear her apart. The last thing I have to say is we didn’t specify no whip. She didn’t give us whipped cream. YOU DONT COME BETWEEN ME AND MY WHIPPED CREAM.

Staffs are always nice and friendly. The coffees are always consistent in flavor. They have great coffee. Love the rocket.

Fast friendly service and you can have them customize your own drink. Good sinage from street. Easy acess. Highly recommended. Sometimes very busy. Be patient. Generally they will have on the road within. 3 to 5 minutes. Have a great day.

We were sitting there for a couple minutes looking at the menu because they don’t have one to look at before the window, and we told the guy we’ll need a couple minutes and we heard the black girl say “they’re slowing down our drive times” and glared at us. Was our first time here and not coming again. She was super disrespectful.

Their customer service lately has been missing the mark. They dont listen to the order being taken and you walk away with something that isnt right. They're quick to take your order, put it in and walk away after taking your money. I'd rather go to any other location despite this one being close to home
