Personally, not my favourite. My wife loves it, though. It's a great atmosphere and the staff is quite friendly.
The best is their Italian Soda. If you're looking for coffee, buy the beans (of which the have a fantastic assortment of great flavours) and make it yourself.

Fun fact: My first kiss with my wife (before she was my wife) happened here!

I love this place. Great coffee and great staff. The only thing I want to point out is there should be a menu on your site/facebook page. I'd like to have my drink picked out before I go.

Friendly atmosphere. I liked the layout of the store (merchandise, seating areas, etc.). I enjoyed a flavored sparkling water drink - delicious! Not a lot of outdoor seating - it's a downtown, off-the-square location. Pleasant background music (huge plus for me). All of my coffee questions were answered here. Will I return?

Everything I could want in a coffee house. The staff are friendly, atmosphere is inviting & the coffee is spot on. I love their bottomless cups which are around $4 & it allows you to drink all the coffee you want & sample their various flavored coffees they have brewed. Their favored coffees are very good & they do have them available for purchase in grounds or beans also!

My wife loves it here. It is her go to coffee store for her cold brew grounds. We live in Middleton so its a small hike to get there but to her it's worth it.

My 1 experience though was a little sketchy when we were checking out and that is why I am only giving 2 stars. We were told one thing about a price from one employee and then the gentleman checking us questioned the size of 1 of the bags. He was bubbly, outgoing at first and asked why it looked bigger than the other 1lb bag. It was slightly larger since the other employee added the remainder of the coffee beans since the bucket was empty. He wanted to make sure so he asked the other employee and I could hear them whispering and I don't think he was happy about that. He came back and his whole demeanor was off/changed and really quiet. I looked at my wife and thought since he is not talking he is going to charge us more than the pound as we were told. Sure enough it seemed a little higher once he range it up, still not saying anything and also the receipt was not itemized. He should have said something one way or another so I didn't leave there questioning my bill and in my opinion, if you are told something by an employee, stick to it.

Best coffee around! I have friends from bigger cities with access to all the fancy chains and Coffee Bean is still their favorite, must stop place when they come to visit. The staff is really friendly and even when the line is long, the wait isn't bad and the service is excellent.

Wonderful staff. They are patient and knowledgeable. Always a pleasure going there.

His people, great drunks, decent prices. Always friendly, just wish they had more tables to sit at now that things are loosening up. We so enjoy people watching and chatting with friends.

Anything and everything coffee related. Excellent selection of croissants and pastries. Was able to find coffee additives not found in stores or online.

Great coffee selections and fair prices. A bit slow on ordering (only 1 counter person), but it's small town friendly and worth the wait.
