It was a cutesy little french vibe in the cafe and the staff was super attentive. Highkey recommend the Macchiato and espresso shot.

Best espresso I’ve had anywhere (try the standing espresso for $1–it’s worth it). On my list of favorite drinks besides the regular espresso: the Shakerato, the Cafe Florian, and the Pedrocchi.

You can tell they actually care about how their coffee tastes, they stay true to authentic Italian drinks and pastries, the staff is great, and it offers a distinct aesthetic not found in any other coffee shop.

Come for the quality, the authenticity, and a unique experience you won’t find anywhere else in the greater Milwaukee area. Outdoor/indoor seating and WI-FI. Did I mention they also have wine, beer and live music? Throwing that in there in case you needed one more incentive to visit.

Beautiful decor. Nice place to relax and/or get work done.

Vendetta Coffee Bar offers a tried and true Italian inspired coffee experience in the states.

Food: My wife ordered a mocha w/ a chocolate croissant, and I had an espresso with an almond croissant. Both croissants were extremely flakey and well prepared. That said, the stand out by far is the coffee. My wife and I have been to Italy a few times, and this was by far the best Italian coffee we have had outside of Europe. Extremely clean, well prepared espresso. My wife's drink was not overly sweet, and had just the lightest touch of chocolate.

Service: Staff was very kind and prompt. Be mindful, they will make each cup of coffee, so speed is not a guarantee, however execution is.

Atmosphere: Beautiful bar with lots of space. Outside seating available.

Score: 9/10 Would consider higher, but need to go back a few times for consistency. This now bumps up with Hawthorne as one of the best cups of coffee in the Milwaukee area. However, if you are not a fan of Italian coffee, this may not be your thing...but give it a try for sure.

Very beautiful place with lovely atmosphere. Short staffed for a Friday afternoon. The interior could have used a good cleaning.

Masaeo gives the BEST service I've had in a long time! Not only was I greeted so pleasantly, informed of the live music on Fridays & drinks, but I was also informed about the rewards points & drink recommendations. But wait-there's more!! They remembered my name when I went back, was offered to open a tab aaaaand warmed my brioche!! Thank you SOOO MUCH, Masaeo, for your spectacular energy, coffee, recommendations & service!

Without a doubt, my favorite coffee bar in Milwaukee!

This place is not only beautiful, but the drink and pastry selections are phenomenal! The owners are extremely friendly and love to share cool facts about their coffee bar with guests. Great place to study, work, or take friends out; new & old.

Espresso was not good, but alright; the pastry I got tasted like it had been packaged; customer service interaction was a little awkward (no one acknowledged me on the way in, and it seemed the barista did not want to take my order)... However, the ambience and decor was nice & calming.
I don't think I'll be back, though. It's important for baristas to acknowledge that 9 times out of 10 people are coming in to grab a coffee to start their day, and when their customer experience is unsatisfactory, so is the coffee. This is coming from a barista who actually has a passion for espresso and the customers they interact with.

If you want to experience the most authentic Italian Café this side of the Atlantic, check this place out! Owner lived in Italy and brought his experience here. Bakery is imported from Italy. Best espresso I’ve ever had to date. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Go show them some love! I’ve already brought a few friends here and they loved it! Planning a weekly get-together with a friend/co-worker here, so hopefully will reach “a regular” status!
