This place is a VIBE. From the chill music, to the inviting atmosphere, to the the incredible staff, we looked forward to this place as a part of our daily routine during our visit. Highly recommended! We had the honey bee pollen, ube, and haupia lattes. All were great!

Honestly I stumbled onto this spot waiting for my partner and wow! Great place for a morning start or even an afternoon pick me up.
It’s right in the middle of things, the brewery and lots of great food around it so you can order up a fancy ube latte or classic Kona cofffee.
But do yourself a favor and get the musubi.
You can thank me later.

omg how cute is this place? lots of sunny seating outside, super friendly staff, and some really yummy breakfast options.
we had the loaded musubi and the chia pudding. entirely different food options, but both were good.
happily sat outside and watched friends connecting, folks getting work done, decompressing.
i’d definitely recommend it for a light breakfast and i wish i had tried some of their more creative drinks.

Amazing iced ube latte and macnut cucumber toast!! We also really enjoyed banana chia seed pudding. Just the right level of sweetness with the granola and banana slices.

HiCO has a good location in Kailua-Kona, close to Kona Brewing Co. HiCO has great customer service and were very knowledgable on coffee! Our favorite drinks are the Coconut Rose and Ube Latte. The musubi they serve is not the traditional musubi, they have a few different types and they are really good and spicy...

Very busy spot. Recommend ordering ahead online or be prepared to wait awhile. Parking behind the building. Good coffees, we ordered a bunch of food to go, local classics like musubi, decent wraps and sandwiches, pretty good avocado toast on thick sweet bread.

HiCO coffee is really cool - laid back atmosphere, friendly service, and great coffee. I got the iced ube latte with soy milk - loved it and would recommend it any day! My husband enjoyed his chocolate froshaka and our friend loved the coffee (best in town!).

This place is a GEM! Loved the ambiance, service, and the drinks! I ordered all ube because that's what they are known for. The Ube Latte and Ube Sweet Cream Cold Brew were good, but lacked a strong ube flavor. The Ube Froshaka was the best! The creamy and Ube flavors were 10/10!

Warm and vibrant coffee spot. They offer interesting coffees and cocktails with Ube or teas with Matcha. Food on offer too, baked goods and savory options as well. Coffee service was efficient and the delicious food took time/care to prepare. Alternate milks available. Loved the decor and plants. Lots of seating options with high top counter, low top indoor and outdoor picnic tables. Free parking next to Kona Brewing Company.

The bana bread toast was good. The other stuff we ordered was okay- fresh ingredients but not the best flavors. I was also disappointed by the cappuccino. Kona has some of the best coffee in this world and these guys had very mild coffee for my taste. I got here right after landing in Kona only by the ratings to get disappointed. Didn't try the Ube latte which seems to be a favorite by other reviewers.
