Bard Coffee

Heard lots about this place before i came to Portland, so i made it my first stop. I was not disappointed in the slightest. My barista pulled a wonderful shot of espresso for me. I will definitely be returning in the near future!

Delicious coffee with take out window facing a lovely square with benches. Great spot to relax and watch the world. Surrounded by exquisite park and architectural details.

Maybe I’m just getting old but this place seemed to rely on its sparse and hipster style, not it’s coffee. I’m not a frufru coffee person (my go-to is a black americano and I’m picky about good quality beans) but the coffee here tasted burnt and was very expensive. Two stars because it was busy, so they must be doing something right.

One of the BEST cappuccino in the world. If you are in the area, you MUST taste it. The staff is also warm and friendly. Highly recommended.

Great spot for coffee and pick-up in a beautiful brick-laden square! Got the cortado and my husband got the cold brew. Just what we needed!

Long wait for mediocre coffee. I like to try local coffee houses when traveling, typically I am pleasantly surprised. This venture was just ok, if I was in the area for a longer period of time I would give them another try. Perhaps I ordered the wrong drink. The place was very crowded so I assumed it would be awesome as it was recommended by another store owner in the area. Everyone deserves a second chance. 😉

Great customer service, got coffee didn’t didn’t like the taste went back to get another and they gave it to me for free, great atmosphere definitely recommend!!!
