Pretty nice place. Very Minor mess up in my order but it was not a big deal.

I love the idea behind this place. Offering an inclusive place where anyone can work with dignity and provide a useful service. It's also a great location, and very well set up inside and out

I ordered a latte, and after ordering they give you a playing card to pick up your order down the counter. There was a little mix up between my order and the one following it with the cards, but we got everything straightened out and my coffee was delivered and I was on my way. The coffee itself was fine, not the best latte ever, but far from the worst. They also have pastries and a ton of merch for sale inside. If you're on south end and feeling like a coffee, definitely come here over Starbucks.

I’ve been to this location twice so far. Location and atmosphere are great. Plenty of space to work or hung out and drink coffee. Both times I got an iced chai and they were delicious. The employees are always cheery, upbeat and eager to ask about your day or tell you their recommendations. I have to say that when I went in today, I had been having a horrible day and they immediately put a smile on my face.

Great staff and excellent espresso. This will definitely be a stop whenever in Charlotte.

I love the fact that this place hires individuals with special needs. The atmosphere is also awesome and a great place to sit and talk. However, I was quite disappointed with the iced Cafe Americano. It was subpar and lacked flavor and the proper amount of cream, sweetness, etc. If I were to go back, it would be to support the great cause of this coffee shop.

I love the idea behind Bitty & Beau's, and the atmosphere is great. But the iced coffee was horrible. I could tell as soon as they poured it that was incredibly watered down. Just completely tasteless. Ended up throwing it out and going elsewhere.

Incredible! The coffee was fantastic with a wide variety of beverages and flavors from which to choose, both hot and cold. They also offer pastries along with some bagels with several options for spreads. On top of all of that, the service is top notch, with all staff being extremely friendly and helpful. We love the mission of this place, and will certainly be back again for the coffee and service!

Love this place! Im from out of town just stopping in for the day. I got an Iced Dirty Chai and it did not disappoint. Very good coffee. Customer service here is top notch and everyone is so friendly! If I’m ever back in town this will be my go to coffee spot. Thanks!

A nice spot to grab a cup of joe, relax and enjoy some awesome dog watching, oh and the people watching is fun too.

Such a wonderful place to grab a cup of coffee! It was my first time today, and the customer service was **chef's kiss** and I was so happy to see a place where everyone is welcome. The vibes are immaculate, and I am so happy that I chose to Bitty and Beau's this morning!
