Decent, just your regular coffee shop. Nothing out of the ordinary. No complaints.

So...I got stuck in the driveway this afternoon. They need to get their landlord out to shovel. The single employee offered me a shovel. Not gonna lie...sort of hoped I'd get a discounted beverage.

All I taste from this was milk and water. I kept having to clear my throat every time I took a sip. I had no idea until my sister mentioned to me that there was coffee grains on the bottom of my drink!!!!

Love, love, love this place! Amazing food and great beverages. I would suggest that they give out napkins with every sandwich because I do find myself always needing one. And I've also had some pretty unfortunate experiences there with them missing items on my bagels or not spreading the cream cheese on both sides when asked... so my tip would be to put more love and pleasure into your service and really listen to what people are ordering. Things have been getting better lately though and this will forever be my favorite place for coffee.

I’ve noticed that anytime I have agreed to tip the barista after paying they get our order right and if we don’t the order is wrong for example putting whip cream instead of cold foam and vice versa. Or our bagels not toasted. Not a coincidence when the same people work there. They ask for a tip every time which I think is rude

If you like hearing "we are all out of that" and listening the employees bicker, this is your place. I won't be coming back to this location. The guy that took our order had an attitude problem.

I enjoy their drinks but prices are getting to expensive. $6-8/drink. On top of this, they have not updated their menus with the actual cost that you are being charged. So when you think you are going to get charged one price it's often .50-.95 more per drink, and nothing extra added. Baristas just blame the owners laziness in not changing the menus over. Sadly, I've found myself going to other competitors more since their comparable drinks are $1-2.50 cheaper at this time and they are fully transparent in pricing.

Really great alternative to larger chain coffee shops. Great tasting coffee and I love that they have specific options for children. Next time I want to try one of their bagels, they sound delicious!

They always make the coffee to my liking.
