Biggby Coffee

Service was nice...however after getting my drink in the drive thru and commuting 5 minuets without taking one sip, I got home, took the lid off, and the cup was half empty. I ordered a skinny teddy bear, I didn’t think skinny meant you only get have the drink. I don’t like to write negative reviews but I was super bummed out that I paid full price for half a drink. :(

Early Sunday afternoon & the staff was already ready to close. They were real nice to my face, but the looks they shared convinced me the messed up my (over priced) coffee on purpose. Like it was a game the two were playing or something. Perhaps I'm just paranoid, but I won't go back.

I was asked at the drive through how much I wanted to leave as a tip when I handed them my card. I'm sorry but I didn't know tips were a thing for drive up windows. I felt it was rude to ask and put people on the spot, especially because the prices here are on the high side to begin with.

They do have two locations. One in Rib Mountain and one in Wausau. I really like them both. Great customer service. If you are signed up for their emails they send you BOGO coupons or a $1off coupon for your coffee. You also get a free coffee on your birthday. I definitely prefer going here instead of Starbucks. Be prepared to wait, especially in the morning, they always have a long line for their drive thru. The inside has a really nice, clean, and comfortable setting. The only complaint I have is that I wish they had a larger parking lot at both locations.. especially the Wausau one.

Friendly and attentive staff, nice environment and good coffee

5/12/2019 not thrilled with service again. It was my Birthday and got tex to have a b-coffee on them. I thought wow what a great way to start my Birthday with a free coffee from big b.. Employee made my Birthday sad by his attitude with not beliving me that I had a free coffee coming even thought I showed him all my tex and my account with birthday coffee on card. I did end up with coffee because as another employee started to make it as we ordered .. So he gave me it to me with attitude. Maybe it's time to go else where. ..

Good coffee. The smallest tho is 16 oz, too big. Need an 8 oz.

I'd love to give 5 stars, but sometimes the drinks really aren't made well. As of recently, with in the last year the staff has changed so much and the drinks aren't consistent. Although this can happen, gotta take it with a grain of salt. New people, they need to learn how to do it. All the good cups and times weight out the bad by far.

People are friendly but the lobby could be cleaner. All the tables have crumbs or coffee rings on them. It’s too early in the day to be that dirty..
