Probably the best coffee shop in my specialty coffee tour from Kansas to Florida.

Lovely coffee shop and roaster featuring single origin blends. Indoor seating area is very nice with exposed brick and lots of cool wood accents. The first real Seattle style coffee shop in Springfield. Oh and the ricotta toast is delicious too!

Great vanilla latte! Would come back out of my way to get a latte here again. Also had a sweet potato muffin rhat was excellent! A little downtown gem. Will be back when I'm in town.

Very great atmosphere, enjoyed reading here. The pour over was great and informative with the information on it. Then got a coffee togo in a brown bottle the spiced vanilla oatmilk and it's absolutely to die for. Definitely enjoyed.

The coffee was a 10. The service was a 10. The friendliest coffee shop in town. The vibe wasn't quite as much a study place as some competition but otherwise absolutely wonderful.

Absolutely love the Coffee Ethic! Great place to spend time with friends or bring homework and study. The coffee is amazing and the atmosphere has a calm energy. I love the big windows at the front of the store and the utilization of space is excellent! I bring all my out of town friends here to experience the best of Springfield's coffee...love!

The Coffee Ethic excels as the quintessential third-wave coffee shop with single-origin beans and roasting only a few yards from the brew stations. The original cold brew may actually be preferable to the nitro upgrade and provides a solid base for a few signature beverages.

I'm not a frivolous person, but I come back every couple of weeks to buy a latte and their espresso beans so that I can enjoy their blend in my own kitchen. It's one of the things in life that I splurge on, and it's so worth it! When they were closed down for renovations, I had to try other SGF blends. No offense to the others, but I was thrilled when Ethic opened back up!
