The Coffee Ethic

Great location. Might be the best coffee I've had, and I go to many local coffee shops all over the country so that says a lot. At first I was bothered by their lack of cream and sweetening options, but then I tried it black and I came to understand while silently thanking myself for not preemptively ruining the experience with my jadedness. Service was neither exemplary nor disappointing, product was fantastic.

Not much of a coffee guy, so when I stopped here with some friends, I just got some ice water. I heard it was the best around. My god, the ice was so krisp, I had to put my jacket on because I felt like it was winter again. I heard the ice is locally sourced, but honestly it’s like they cut it from the glacier itself and airlift it here! Will defiantly come back to quench my thirst!

Really tasty coffee. The wife and I stopped for a latte, we were both pleasantly surprised. I was a little disappointed to not have more time to sit and relax. We did buy a bag of coffee beans and have been enjoying that in the last couple days. We do plan to return the next time we're in Springfield.

Americano was ok, tasted like regular coffee..

I love their coffee. Its bold and full of flavor. Also there's a good downtown feel to the shop. I don't go here a lit because I'm not downtown a lot, but I still recommend it. Never tried the food but the coffee is awesome.

Great independent coffee shop with quality single origin and blended coffee. Knowledgeable staff, good atmosphere, great vibe. Only thing I'd change is to turn the volume down a little on the music. The downtempo mix they were playing was really cool, but it was a little loud for reading/studying.

I LOVE their espresso! Not like the taste of Starbucks at all! The taste of the coffee is way more clean and crisp tasting do to the 'hands on treatment' and care they put into making a great drink! A must try!

Single origin coffee!!! BEST COFFEE this side of Missouri! Must stop. Barista gave me samples to choose what I liked best, first visit I went with nitro latte, nitro remedy, and Guatemala! Yum!! Coffee was freshly made to order, and though they have mixed bean and flavored options, I’d recommend single source! Nothing was burnt, but perfectly roasted! Prices are competitive and service is fast and professional! 5 stars guys! Thanks for the great coffee! See you again.

Great coffee. Great treats. Great vibe. Definitely worth visiting if quality is important to you. Not only does it look modern and clean, but you can tell everything here is done with care and on purpose. 5 stars.
