The Coffee Ethic

The shop itself is really cute! I love the glass outside and the interior is very aesthetically pleasing. However, i've been here three times now, and i never liked the drinks i had. They also don't have a huge range in their sizes.

Awesome, awesome, awesome! Pumpkin Spice Latte was 100%. Natural flavors and not overwhelming. It's an expensive cup of coffee but it's worth it. Aesthetically pleasing all around. Filled with a modern crowd. Definitely a place for great conversation and even better coffee.

Coffee Ethic is one of my favorite local coffee places. The quality is consistently excellent. The environment is also comfortable and is an excellent place to read or study. I also love that it is located right in the heart of downtown. 5 starts for quality cofee & atmosphere!

The best coffeeshop/roasters in town! They are always friendly and knowledgeable and the baked goods are tasty if you need a snack. Nitro cold brew is one of my favs but they make a killer cortado too! They know their stuff and I highly recommend giving them a try if you haven’t been before!

Favorite coffee shop in springfield, the staff is always pleasant and the coffee is always amazing!

Went to Mudhouse Coffee on a Saturday morning because our usual Coffee Ethic was out of muffins. We ordered two iced drinks and two muffins at Mudhouse. Both drinks were given to us at room temperature and tasted absolutely horrible. We threw the drinks in the trash can on the sidewalk and made our way back to Coffee Ethic where we know the quality is 5 stars. We come to Coffee Ethic every Saturday morning as a date-tradition, we’ve never been disappointed and we will never make the mistake of going elsewhere ever again. Coffee is always perfect, fresh muffins are always dreamy.

My favorite coffee shop in town. Love to make it into a mid bike ride out stop. Friendly and efficient baristas that receive top-notch training. The Coffee is always consistent which is the most important thing.

Try the Walnut chocolate scones or the Blueberry lemon muffins, especially if they have some hot and fresh!

My favorite place in Springfield to get A GREAT espresso or espresso drink. Their menu is simple and excellently executed. The ambiance is easy, relaxed, friendly, and bright. I've loved this place for over a decade!

Great atmosphere- by far, my favorite coffee place in Springfield! The vanilla latte's with oatmilk are my favorite, as well as their house black coffee. Perfect place for dates, families, friendly chats and homework! Prices aren't super cheap, but they are incredibly worth it!
