Fairfax Simply Social Coffee

Love this place! The cappuccino is one of the best I have had in the area (and I have tried many local coffee shops). I get one nearly every day. And if you like avocado toast, the one here is tasty! They have outdoor seating, and the staff is lovely. All around good place to visit if you're in the area.

Friendly staff and quick service. The coffee drinks were great (we always ask for 1/2 the pumps of flavor and never regret it at any coffee place). Breakfast sandwiches were very filling and reasonably priced. Kombucha was very fresh and tasted great.

Was out of town visiting. Decided to stop by. Kathy was rude and condescending. I'm not sure if this is an everyday thing, but if you visit, avoid her! She will make you feel belittled. I felt there was some sort of prejudice/discrimination. I have lots of tattoos and I'm latina: Not sure which she hated more, but the families/other patrons served were treated like class.... of course they were white. Letting someone skip me and saying nothing about it. Okay. But when I politely asked her why Kathy had let them skip me, she said I can take it or leave it. Take your money elsewhere.

Good coffee but the asian male waiter is rude and not welcoming. I’ve experienced many times this attitude from him and never seen similar rudeness from other waiter/waitress in both branch fairfax and vienna. Is he the owner of this place? If yes I’ll speak to him differently on my next visit (probably will be the last one) and I’ll not be polite. I give 4 stars for the sake of other nice employees.

Decent food and coffee, terrible customer service. Woman who was working as the barista was incredibly rude. And they still pack everything to go even if you’re dining in. Seems like a lot of the stuff they do is to cut cost, very Scrooge-ish.

Best drinks ever!!! Food is excellent, bakery goods are delicious!! Been a fan since they opened and they have always had fast and friendly service. Recommend to everyone to stop by. 😁😁

This place has great food and is a relaxing place to grab lunch and coffee with a friend.

Always friendly, orders are done quickly and the food is delicious. The go to place for strong good coffee drinks as well. Great small business in the neighborhood!

Loved the service, atmosphere, comfy outdoor seating area, and variety (especially nondairy milks). Unfortunately, cup of matcha latte was 3/4 almond milk foam and small amount of matcha ($6). Had I not been in a rush to head back to Delaware, I would have said something. I'm certain it would have been rectified.

I went there in the morning while working my dog and i was stopped by a women the minute I opened the door to order. She said dogs are not allowed inside i told her i just want to order and leave and she had me waiting outside.
There isn’t anything that can indicate that they are not dog friendly. Honestly not coming again. The coffee is good but not worthy.
