Fairfax Simply Social Coffee

I moved to the area a few years ago from Chicago and am so happy to finally find a place that has amazing coffee. The food is pretty amazing as well and the fresh bakery items are a must. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. I love that its a smaller coffee shop and feels super cozy. I believe I've stopped by 4 or 5 times in the last week...I am already excited to return. :)

It’s a good and nice place to hang out and friends and family while drink some coffee. I tried the avocado toast and it was delicious 😋 ! The customer service was amazing and I will definitely go there again !

Reviewing the Fairfax location. Excellent coffee. Tasty breakfasts. That waffle!! So good. Egg sandwich served hot and with what I wanted on it. Choice of cheese. Really good. Caring staff. At recent curbside pickup, staffer made sure we knew which of our Americanos had the Splenda. A small gesture, but so appreciated as anyone who does not like sweet coffee knows. Love that coffee drinks come with a triangle of pizzelle (crispy Italian cookie). Outdoor socially distanced cute tents. Inside—when Covid allows! I was inside before Covid. Cute, cheerful decor. A sunny coffee house vibe. Make sure when ordering online that you have the right location. Menu items may be different. If calling ask about the pastries on hand for that day.

This has become my favorite local coffee shop in recent months. The staff are extremely kind, and the drinks are put together with immense quality.

The procedure they have set in place for COVID-19 convey that management cares about the local community, as well as its own employees.

This is certainly the place to go if your seeking some quality coffee. Espressos are perfectly extracted, and milk is well steamed.

Amazingly tasty food! I had been eyeing this place for awhile and I finally came here for brunch. The chipotle chicken on ciabatta is delicious, especially with the avocado and chipotle sauce! The avocado toast is also super good, but I think they shouldn't charge extra for a meat option. The ambiance is very warm and inviting. The inside is very clean and employees are actively cleaning the tables for new clients. Staff was very friendly on top of everything else.

Definitely a great place for brunch on a budget, and even when not on a budget.

Would recommend and definitely coming back again.

Went in to charge my phone and get a bite to eat and a bottle of water but was stopped by a women outside and she didn't let me in. How can they call themselves simply social when they don't let anyone step foot in their door and reject people ready to socialize? I told her I would take my money elsewhere and her response was "good we don't want to serve you" please don't support this business.

This place is great! It’s cute, clean, attentive, and friendly. It’s often difficult to find a coffee shop with GF options, so I really appreciate that this place is available. I think it’s so cool how authentic their drinks and food are. They make their own kombucha.

My only issue is that it’s really small, not just for seating but for standing in line, waiting for your order, and getting things for your coffee. I felt really crunched just to get sugar. I also wish that they had some other things to add the coffee, I.e. vanilla powder, cinnamon, matcha powder, etc. Regardless, I’ll definitely come back for more :)

One of the best coffee shops I've ever been to. Their coffee is incredible and they really take the time to make incredible coffee art! I saw the barista spending at least a minute per cup just on the art!

Their food was also amazing. The ham and cheese croissant was delicious!
