Caramel Crisp & Cafe

So cute and quaint. Staff were very sweet and speedy. My kids had a blast. Coffee and hot food along with ice cream. I loved it.

Just got ripped off. Ordered 2 shredded beef sandwiches with chips and pickles to go after standing there waiting to be waited on well they talk with friends and others. I also ordered cookies. She rang them up , I picked them out and gave them to me saying thank you have a nice evening. I said and my sandwiches and she said oh yeah. So they made up the sandwiches put them in a bag and I made my way home to get home and find out I have two boxes wood chips and pickles and only one box that has the beef in it in the container. So I'm upset now I call and tell her we only got one thing of beef and she said oh no we only put one scoop on a sandwich and I put them both in one container in one box and then I stayed it to her that I bought these many times and I've always got a full thing of beef. So not only did they ripped me off they did it in a plate way of saying sorry and that was it. I love that store and they have very good food but I don't think I'll go back.

Our girl Scout troop came here and we had dinner and treats, deliciousness is an understatement! A must destination to satisfy your sweet tooth! Thank you so much!

We stopped in to pick up pie, but ended up with some yummy cookies and hot chai. Both were great, and as usual, our server/checker was friendly and warm.

Oh my goodness the cookies and sandwiches. Yum, yum, yum. All kinds of fun treats and good food in a nice location near the river. Close to the convention center and has relaxed vibe and a nice view of the square.

Cute place but cafe mocha and latte tasted chemically. Used to higher quality coffee. Their coffee needs an upgrade! Popcorn though was pretty good.

Great food with a lovely selection of meals and shopping items to choose from. The shop looks excellent, however it was closed while we were there.

They have some specialty cheeses that I'd like to try sometime.

On September 23rd my mom, my sister, my nephew and my 3 daughters stopped and all the kids wanted a Ice Cream Cone, I got my two younger daughter's 1st and oldest daughter last. As I was going to pay my oldest daughter came too me her ice cream had fell off the cone I was paying I assumed she went to lick it and it fell which wasn't the case she didn't even go too lick it and it fell. The red haired woman than made another one (didn't catch her name), I noticed she charged me for 4 should of been 3. When I asked her about it she got rude and SNOTTY with me and started arguing, I told her the ice cream cones were poorly made the ice cream was on sideways too begin with she should of never charged me for the one that fell, she threw my change (money) at me on the counter, Still being rude my sister stepped in and told her there's no reason too be treating customer's like she is, rude too her as well my sister asked for a manager she went to get one and as we were standing their for several minutes she noticed she was over by the bakery/coffee section talking as my sister told her she thought she was getting a manager numbers the woman just laughed and smiled. She was a very rude and SNOTTY woman and definitely POOR SERVICE! My nephew never did get his ice cream cone either! It wasn't even about being charged the $2.00 for the extra ice cream cone it was how she handled the situation with an attitude, rudeness and smirk the whole time. I do have a video of the woman smiling and smirking as we walked up after my sister noticed she was just talking too another woman working there when she was claiming too get a number, but unfortunley I cannot upload on this review. Uploaded on another review and the woman who her name is Natasha, facebook messaged me harassing me about it.
