Caramel Crisp & Cafe

Showed up at 9 Sunday morning was busy but we'll worth the wait! White Mocha was delicious! Service was great!

Uniquely charming atmosphere with interesting arts and crafts throughout and great cafe menu including sandwiches, fresh baked pies, coffee, and of course a large variety of ice cream with many flavors! A great family destination by bike on the Riverwalk or by car. 😊👍

Fun business to go check out. An interesting assortment of items to sell. Our sandwiches were good if your looking for a to stop for lunch.

Ordered pulled pork and ice cream. Food was fair, pork was dry would definitely order extra sauce if someone wanted to try it. The ice cream was very good, they have a unique chocolate flavor we always liked getting from here; definitely worth a try.
The massive detractor is the owner and her attitude.We just asked for a cup of water with the meal and were denied it because of the owners policy. Funny thing is, they provide a bowl for dog water. This actually made me laugh though, so they get a star. customer service is horrible though, but again I dont think its necessarily the employees themselves.

Edit: I appreciate the response I guess? And although you leaned really heavily on that keeping everyone safe pitch; you kinda used it to circumvent my criticism. Im not sure what you consider "table service" but my girlfriend requested a water in a DISPOSABLE cup. Now if your response is, in fact, WELL YOU CAN JUST BUY A DRINK FROM THE COOLER. That could be considered valid, but might also be considered a reason people might think less of the business? Usually thats kind of a courtesy in food service. Unless when you ask for a water at perkins they tell you to go buy one out of the cooler? To be clear; She Wanted A Water In Disposable Cup . Thanks!

I have been here a lot over the spring and summer as my boyfriend lives in the area. Each time I would try a different food and drink. The chai tea ice tasted like watered down cinnamon water. The doughnut bites are more like cinnamon mini muffins. I get that staff may not all have had the same training but when my family owned a similar type of place we were trained in consistency especially in drinks, food, and fast service regardless of not being considered fast food. Also after reading some reviews it makes me feel sad to see such negative comments directed at those who are trying to give you honest feedback.

I went there with a friend today for lunch and so sad to say they don't have roast beef sandwiches anymore. So we tried the shredded chicken and it was terrible. Firstly the chicken wasn't shredded and it was in some kind of nasty gravy that soaked into the bun. I couldn't even eat it. If we go back I guess I will stick to grilled cheese. Such a disappointment for a normally great place.

I usually come here daily while on my walks. Staff is always friendly, and the food is really good! Their cookies take the cake though, they're definitely the best!

Cute store to browse. Loved walking into the smell of popcorn popping! Neat selections! Hope to stay for lunch next time!

At Oshkosh on business and popped in here because it was close to the hotel. Immediately I was drawn to the case of cookies and pies. If you like desserts, this should be your new jam because they are phenomenal. And at least from where I come from, perfectly priced (in response to another post about stuff being costly). Plus, I'm a sucker for friendly staff, and this place had it every time I popped in. Whenever I'm in town, I'll surely be back.

Love the convenience of online ordering for pick up. Buying the Coconut Almond Bliss icecream by the quart. So yummy. My order is ready when I arrive. Cookies are yummy too.
